Awesome service & communication by JJ. Put in my claim through my insurance and he was at my house the very next day to replace my front windshield.. in less than an hour. Highly recommended to me by previous clients of his after some debris on the highway cracked my front windshield. Best part is that he travels to you, at no extra cost, this is the guy for the job through and through.

I would not recommend this business. Customer Service is bad and there is no care for there clients. They came to my house to repair my windshield, I needed pictures of the windshield and they will not let me take it so I can show my insurance company that it was damaged. While they were still in my driveway BUT they were backing up we informed the owner to tell them to stop so we can take pictures and they did not care and left anyway. Owner did not care about our feelings or our frustrations. I explained the situation to the insurance company to see if they can help us and the insurance company stated that they can not reimburse or help me because we did not allow the claim to go thru inspection. We did not know this BUT the insurance company said that the owner of this company should have know and should have not gone thru with the repair. Julio’s the man. Believe the reviews. Punctual, professional, quick, friendly, and above all, the best rates I was able to find, although even if he was slightly costlier (which he was not) I would’ve still gone with his services just based on his impressive reviews. This gentleman is a true professional. He was able to fix my window the same day I called him. It took him approximately 30 min to do the whole job. I Would definitely recommend him! Please note, the new glass in the picture was tinted a couple hours after he installed the new glass. He does not do tints, it was someone else. My car was vandalized, they shattered my whole back glass out and JJ Auto Glass made the long drive to me and fixed it. Mr. Julio was awesome!! He was very friendly to me, my kids and even my dog. He came out quick, was very professional, and handled my car with care. Didn't take long and the price was cheaper than the other companies I checked out. I'm very happy with the service and will be calling him again soon to do another glass repair. I was recommended by family, he took care of them as well. By far the best customer service I have ever experienced! They are fast, reliable and their prices are transparent! If you need to change your windshield don’t think twice, literally!
