I called on Sunday and Jack who serviced my car was, as promised, at my home the next day, Monday. Not knowing where the leak was coming from, he did not stop until he solved the issue(s). He took the car apart in sections searching for the leak and after 1hr and half we cheered, he found the leak and repaired it. I needed the rear window in my GMC truck removed and resealed as the body shop did a terrible job after painting the truck. Jack responded to my house at 8 AM right on time, removed, re- primed the window after cleaning and re-installed perfectly. I also had him remove and re-install my rear extended cab window which was also leaking. The work he performed was perfect and he cleaned everything afterward.
