Recently purchased a newer vehicle from a dealership only to realize there was a small hole above the windshield and needed to be re-sealed. I received a call from an Insight technician and scheduled an appointment. On the scheduled date, I received a call 15 minutes prior and made arrangements for him to come make his repairs. Jeremy was the technician, and he did a great and thorough job. I highly recommend them for their service and promptness. Thank you again, Jeremy.

I don’t particularly enjoy the receptionist, Heather, insinuating that I was lying about my windshield replacement being distorted for the second time. She says, “well he’s one of our best technicians and I’ve never had a problem with any of his installs and he’s been here a long time, we have also NEVER had this many issues with an install and we use this glass ALL THE TIME.” First of all, I never said this was the technicians fault. It’s the glass. She then proceeded to bring up how I told him it was good, which I actually told him I could already see the distortion from the outside, then again when looking in. He told me it wasn’t as bad as last time. It’s actually funny Heather said it would be distorted from the outside because the glass “curves”, I wonder why when the tech got there, he told me he could already see why I called them back, just from looking at it from the OUTSIDE. But I was not about to sit on the phone arguing with Heather over he said/she said. I know what happened. He also told me before he left after I had him get in my car to look at it again “Well if you’re LOOKING STRAIGHT while driving you’re not gonna see it”. Umm, I’m pretty sure it’s standard to scan the entire windshield while driving? I don’t just look straight, nor does anyone else. The ego of it being a good install to his standards really blinded him to see the warp. If I only needed to “look straight” while driving, cars wouldn’t have a big windshield. Listen, I really don’t enjoy having my windshield repaired. It dips into my day, and I also have things to do. The absolute LAST thing I would do is lie about what I am seeing with my own eyes. Not only is this a safety issue while driving, but I also have extreme astigmatism and this is a huge issue for me driving at night. I am also affected by motion sickness while driving with this distorted windshield. It is not my fault that the glass was failed to be inspected properly, two times in a row. I was also told after the first install, that I would receive different glass… which they didn’t live up to that word! Same bad glass. If it wasn’t for this being the place Hyundai sends me to get my windshield repaired, I wouldn’t have used them again after the first bad install. Please work on your customer service with your staff, and have your techs actually inspect the glass before wasting my time. Now I'm waiting on the “tech manager” to come out and install my glass, next week. I won’t be driving much before then. Thanks!

You can’t get more amateur than these people!!! First off, They were over two hours late then they were supposed to install a windshield and when the guy got there the trim he brought was bent and said he was going to have to reschedule. He didn’t even bother to look or contact the office to see if there was another piece. I actually had to take it upon myself to call their office and ask them to make a repair today. I had to wait another hour and a half for someone else to come with a new piece. Then He shows up and says he does not do recalibration, but only installs the windshield, and that another guy would come out to do the Recalibration So two guys at two separate times had to come And do the job that only one person should’ve been trying to do Wasting even more of my time. He put on the windshield and the Interior trim and foam is exposed and you can clearly see it through the windshield. Then I go get a car wash the next day, and there is soap and water leaking through my windshield Where the guy did not Seal the windshield properly. Now I have to pay another company to fix the issue they created. These people are extremely Unprofessional and I don’t think they’ve been in their business very long to understand proper customer service, and the ability to actually know how to do your jobz Don’t waste your money and time dealing with these People.

Horrible company. They worked on my truck after the body shop was done. They showed up and did not remove the rear window camera and threw it out with the glass. Of course, they say the tech did not see it. The body shop and I knew it was there. The body shop also stated to me that the tech was horrible to deal with. He left a mess in my back seat and did not reinstall the seat cover he took out. When the manager was contacted, they refused to take any responsibility. I was told the supervisor would contact me. It's been over 48 hours, and there is no contact. Also, the tech did not wash the glass after installing, leaving finger prints and obvious sticker goo. Horrible all around. Now they won't warranty my front windshield that is leaking.

So I have used this company twice now and have a issue both times the first time they did not verify my rain sensors were still working when called about the issue they had to come back 3 different times before they could correct the issue. The second time we requested a OEM windshield and they put a aftermarket windshield in my truck. My wife was home and handling this for me and the tech that came out was rude and disrespectful to her. He refused to test the rain sensor. We called to try and correct the issue and had to talk to the manager/owner to do this when he was just as rude as his tech.then he let's me know that they had made the mistake and would order and correct the issue. Well I had a appointment set for this to happen when I get yet another rude phone call stating my insurance has not authorized the work yet so we would reschedule appointment. I agreed and two days later still no word so my wife called and yet again the owner was completely rude to her and told her that we needed to figure it out. This is not good customer service nor is it any way for a so called owner to talk to a individual much less a female. I do not recommend this company at all and I will contact the BBB to let them know how this company conducts business with people and believe me I still looking to other direction that I can take to take to address this so others never have to get treated like this.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

My Warrety company uses this company and I've called a couple times. I've got a chip repair and one for a replacement. Not because of faulty chip fix, that was great but then another rock hot me and caused a crack. Both times they were quick to schedule me, professional, and nice! I was even in different locations due to my job and they met me where I was at the time. On the replacement one tech changed the windshield and another came out to calibrate it. It was within an hour of each other and didn't bother me at all. They both warned me to take the tape off in 24 hours and not go through the car wash for a week. All good. I would reccomend them even if they weren't the warranty company choice!
