Amazing experience start to finish from getting a call back immediately after submitting a quote online to working with Ford who was very professional and personal and getting the front windshield replaced with system calibration. Great price and great people nothing more you can ask for when getting work on a car done.

Was going to go through Safelite because they partner with my insurance but they couldn’t book me for 3 weeks. I googled “best windshield repair shops in Denver” and called about 5 places, none could get me in when I needed. Finally called Professional Auto Glass after reading some reviews and the woman who answered the phone was SO efficient, got me in first thing in the morning on the day I needed to get it replaced (Monday when I called on the prior Friday). I got there Monday morning and didn’t wait even a single minute, Ford took my car right away and was incredibly kind and professional. He was efficient, fast, and such a nice gentleman! If I ever get another window cracked, which I’m sure I will because I live in CO, I will 100% be back and will request Ford.

Ford is the consummate pro. He was extremely flexible and patient with me as I sent him on a bit of a wild goose chase to find my car. (Timing/circumstances) I greatly appreciate his friendliness, patience and stellar fix for my rock chip. It looked so much better than I expected! (I thought would simply stop from spreading and he improved the size/look significantly) Can’t say enough. Ford needs a raise. Pics below show the before and after.

my hood flew up on me , while i was driving to work today on c470, & shattered my windshield & Professional Auto glass was the only company able to help me today, they came quicker than the estimated time. Ford, was very transparent & let me know body work may be needed in the future, but that he was able to do what was needed to get my new wind shield installed. He did it in a very timely manner & cleaned up all the glass really nicely. not even trying to be dramatic, but i was terrified today, so im just thankful in all the places people both helped & showed kindness!

I had a great experience with this place! I had been looking for places to replace my windshield ever since the hail storm awhile back and found this place and they were able to fit me into a next day appointment to get it replaced. I had the mobile option but chose to go to the shop and have it replaced. Ford Thompson was friendly and he got the job in less than an hour. Overall, I highly recommend this place if your looking to have your windshield replaced!

He even was able to save my toll transponder so I don’t need a replacement. The waiting room was comfy and I was able to get some remote work done while I waited - highly recommend this business!
