Super happy to have found a local option for replacing my cracked windshield. Michael was quick to respond to my online inquiry, and I was scheduled the following week on my preferred day and time. Easy communication, showed up at my house on time, reasonable cost (much less than national chain), and solid work. Definitely check here first for any glass repair needs.

Needed my windshield replaced on my Jeep Wrangler. Called and they made an appointment that fit my schedule and came to me to replace it. They were super quick and did a top notch job. I had the windshield replaced previously by another company that didn’t install it correctly and it cracked again, they made a mess with the glue and it also leaked. Innovation Auto Glass cleaned up the mess from the previous company and installed a new one and I have had no problems whatsoever. I should have used them from the beginning. Most of the time when people need their vehicle windows replaced it's never a good time and obviously not a good thing. My situation was the same, and only days before I was scheduled to get a vehicle inspection (which I would have failed if I didn't get this fixed), Mike answered my messages while he was off and scheduled a replacement with a good price compared to other companies. Working around the weather and my schedule he came to me where I was running errands. By the time I came out my car was done and windshield was brand new, he even ran my dashcam wires back in place for me. He's definitely someone I will recommend for any auto glass service. I called Mike beginning of the week. He gave me a quote right then and there. Told me he was booked out about 4-5 days. He got me scheduled that same week. Asa and Joe came out TO MY JOB and did it right there in the parking lot. They were very friendly and quick too! Upon inspection I saw NO defects, scratches on the paint, or anything subpar. I highly recommend this company for glass needs!

Mike came out all the way to radford to replace my windshield I called everyone around and they had crazy high prices and he replaced my windshield for a great price and in under an hour I highly recommend to everyone if your looking for a sign to a good windshield replacer this is it!
