In 2024 I had a crack appear in my windshield. I was nervous about having something so significant replaced on my car, especially when I didn’t have any experience with local glass repair shops. I researched and got quotes from a couple shops. I chose Hatchett because of their online reviews, my research, and their competitive prices. I was very pleased with the experience and have truly recommended them to strangers with damaged windshields! The workmen are very experienced. This is their trade, not something they picked up last week. A month or so after the installation, I had a cosmetic issue with the trim piece. I called Mr. Hatchett, and he fit me in and fixed it that same day. It’s been several months since then, and I haven’t had any issues in that time.

Had a great experience at Hatchett Automotive Glass! The owner, Richard, was very nice and accommodating. We did have a small issue with my hardwired radar detector getting disconnected during the service, but they worked it out with me quickly and professionally. I think what really matters is how a business handles issues when they arise, and Richard made sure everything was taken care of the right way. That level of customer service goes a long way. My husband did a search on the internet for auto windshield replacement, and requested a quote from three companies. Within one hour, Richard from Hatchett Automotive Glass responded, with a quote. He was the first one to get back to us. And this quote was based on the VIN number. We were cautious because we had just experienced an untrustworthy quote from a more "corporate" auto glass company and were gun shy. Now listen to this, I went in today. My appointment was for 10 am. I arrived on time (which means a bit early), and I was walking out of there by 10:30 am. Not kidding. I went there because I thought I needed service on my rear window of my automobile but it turns out that I needed a tinting service and not a glass service and the gentleman who waited on me was very gracious and sent me to a very good service that was able to fix my window tint so I was very satisfied with my interaction with the owner or this person would highly recommend this place for glass work

I had a rock hit my windshield causing it to need to be replaced. I called and they were able to give me an estimate over the phone and get me in the same day. I ended up using insurance, and that was no problem either. Because they were so efficient, I couldn’t get childcare for my toddler … so he came along too! As parents know, sometimes bringing a baby in places where you are waiting can be a challenge, but everyone we interacted with was so great and considerate. I chose them because of reviews I read on here, and wanted to give another positive review. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them to anyone needing their car glass repaired!
