Hank's Auto Glass Inc

After Tuscaloosa Toyota recommended Hank's, I scheduled an appointment to have my windshield replaced. When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that I had called and cancelled it the day before. I told the office manager that I had not called or cancelled my appointment and was again told that someone had and that I did not have an appointment. No apology, no offer to reschedule, just back to business. After wasting the morning and a 40 mile round trip, I will never use Hank's again and I now have a good idea why they are not BBB certified.

Great service, friendly, replaced front windshield in about 2 hours. Wow what a difference new makes. Before window was cracked from one side to another. And after 5 years the clarity of the glass has been demenish as if someone sand blasted the window. Thanks to everyone who played a part in the replacing.

Had my windshield replaced and when I went to pick it up, the front seal was bubbled open, and when I showed it to the employees, they tried to make excuses why it was like that. They had to contact the owner, and the owner told them to replace the part. I'm still waiting to hear back when they get the part. ****Update to almost going on over 1yr after I had my windshield replaced by Hank's Auto Glass.**** Still have not gotten contacted for my replacement parts that the employees claimed they "called the owner, and the owner said they'd order the parts and fix the damage to my car. My windshield now gets moisture on the inside of the windshield (and frost inside the windshield during the winter) ONLY around the part where they didn't seal it correctly, and now periodically I have to have my car detailed etc due to mold growing on inside of car due to the moisture entering my car from the faulty windshield they refuse to own up to on their poorly done job. If you don't want your car ruined, I suggest going to a different business. I never thought that a company like Hank's Auto Glass would be such crooks and have no qualms damaging people's cars and then lying about correcting their poor quality of services they did.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I was quite impressed. I had a rock hit my windshield this morning and they fixed it in same afternoon. Only $60 to repair it. I had two deep impacts to my windshield and all that is left are two dots on the windshield. It isn’t 100% perfect but I didn’t expect it to be. The repair is so much better than what it was when I brought it in. The ladies were nice and very helpful over the phone. They took my car back immediately and had it back out to me in 10-15 mins. The guy that took my car and fixed it was honest, very nice and friendly, as well and knowledgeable. He Informed me of the risks and all. I’ve already recommended them to one of my coworkers who also has a chip in his windshield (that is much smaller than mine was). There was also a sweet dog that greeted me outside :)

After getting my Freightliner Cascadia windshield cracked by road debris in the middle of the night on I-20 near Tuscaloosa I panicked. I called Hanks Auto Glass first thing the next morning and they had the glass in stock and took care of me within minutes of my arrival. I pulled the truck around to their shop and their skilled technicians jumped right to work. I was truly impressed by their efficiency and professionalism. I definitely recommend Hanks Auto Glass to anyone who needs their glass repaired or replaced.

Well-priced and they do an excellent job. I had my windshield replaced about a month ago. They gave me a great price to come to where I work and fix it. There was a chance of rain so they asked if they could come get it and take it to the shop. From the time they picked it up until the time they returned it, it was less than 30 minutes that passed. They were very friendly and I have had no problems with my new windshield. Best place around.
