1st i came to the Tuscaloosa area and the glass to go in was already stratch and had to come back the next day. Then i got a glass put in and it started cracking by itself days later.I went back to get another glass.I ask the glass installer to take his time so it can be done properly. They brought my car back in 30 minutes. How can you install a glass in 30 minutes.I were checking my oil in my car today and notice about 5 of the lock screws that hold in the plastic piece over the window wasnt in.Someone needs to write up those guys back their.I payed 300.00 dollars for service not for disappointment

I found a Ding in my windshield about the size of a Nickle. I had to go to location for an onsite appointment due to website saying they could not come to my work within the mandatory 2 week period. I waited 30 minutes to see a technician. The technician told me he will TRY to repair the ding but due to a Hi-psi pressure system they use it may cause my ding to turn into a crack on my windshield. After the repair the ding was smaller-ish but not complete. The Technician did say I was lucky the windshield did not crack

If I could do zero stars, I would. For starters, I’m not the type of person to do bad reviews, but when I can’t get someone on the phone to help with my disaster of an experience, that’s concerning. First, I put in a claim to fix the crack in my windshield. I had just spent a lot of money to get my entire windshield tinted and was told SafeLite could fix it. After the technician came in, he made the crack worse. It began to spread and the policy says that SafeLite would replace my broken glass. I wasn’t too caught up on my windshield having to be replaced. Life happens. Once I was able to schedule the appointment to get my replacement windshield, it was fine for a while. After about a month of it being installed, my car began to leak right where the windshield would have adhered to on the top of my car. I can stick my whole index finger between the actual glass and where it’s supposed to be stuck on. Now, I have a leaking issue and cannot get anyone on the phone to help. The call would ring one time and automatically tell me there’s no one that is able to help me. I’m a very delicate car owner and take extremely good care of my car. It’s beginning to have a mildew smell to it and it’s something that needs to be fixed asap. Technicians were cool guys, but need to make sure job is done correctly before trying to rush off to the next project. Thank you.

Our tech was very professional, very polite and a master in his skill to replace our back window. He cleaned up behind himself, cleaned the window and asked us to look and use the window to make sure we were happy. He let us know in advance what our costs would be and he also offered us extras such as changing our windshield wipers, etc. We were very pleased with him and he made Safelite AutoGlass look very good, thus the 5 star review.

Very poor service. I took my car to change the windshield last sat. 3/8/25. I left the car, 15 minutes later they called me they made a mistake on ordering the original windshield. I called back on Tuesday 3/11/25 after waiting like 20 minutes between safelite answering machines until i finally could speak with a rep..they told me they were going to check and called me back. Nothing happened so I called back on Wed 3/12/25 same thing..now they say I will have to wait at least 3 business days until they can have the correct windshield. then we can schedule an appointment.

The atmosphere was clean, friendly and waiting area had snacks & coffee. Pleasant people. However, the "repair crew" seemed a little too young to have enough experience to fix my windshield... as predicted, they came back in 25 minutes and told me the round crack now spidered out and they caused a 4.5 inch crack on the windshield. I always had doubts about this repair method; perhaps it's not their fault at all. I'm just a little perturbed at USAA for suggesting a subpar service, when they know we military folks demand from others the same professionalism & perfectionism from others and this service wasn't it..!!!
