Hamilton Auto Glass works very hard to find the right glass for you. There was some confusion when I first started working with them on logistics but it’s all ironed out and they have looked everywhere to find the right glass for my truck. I’m so far very happy with them. Update after install - I was very impressed with Greg’s install. He took very good care of my older truck and installed a classic Ford factory glass perfectly. It took some time to find a factory glass but that was due to there being only 12 left in country. There are a couple reviews on them about customers not hearing from them after first contact but it’s apparent they are very busy for a family business and are doing what they can. I will say after Greg’s install it was well worth the wait for my truck. I wouldn’t go to any one else if you have a special job.

First experience was great, so when I had a cracked windshield I immediately thought about them again. Unfortunately for at least a month I've been waiting for any information. Initially, I wasn't sure if there was an issue or not. For the last 3 weeks I've reached out and never received any returned messages or texts. Sad because my first experience was so quick and great, but this time was such a lack of communication that I had to do a 1 star. Unfortunately my wife's been riding around for far too long for without any reasoning

I have been in the automotive industry for over 32 years and was very impressed with the service when having the rear glass replaced on my Yukon. They were very professional and did an amazing job. My vehicle was very clean when they finished and I have not had any issues. I would recommend to friends and family.

Promises made and not kept. I ordered a special window for a vehicle and had a possible install date with pricing confirmed and they ghosted me. I phoned many times and left many voice messages after we set everything up and not once did they contact me. I do not recommend Hamilton Glass.

Great service showed up beat the roof into place (per my request) fixed my back glass and held true to the price quoted great guys done quick and efficient. Highly recommend much cheaper than safelite
