I was on vacation when a lawn care company busted out my passenger window on my Chevy Suburban. I called Mission Auto and they got my glass replaced very quickly and affordably. The technicians were nice and did a great job. Was nice being able to find someone to help us out while we were out of town and that was also very friendly and accommodating. They came out to our rental home and fixed the window onsite. They even ordered a glass that was already tinted. Would recommend them for any of your glass needs. Thanks!!

10 ⭐️review! Awesome job! A rock hit & chipped our windshield while on vacation in SC. I told my husband to call someone then and he refused. 2 hrs later that chip fractured across the winder 6 inch. Then with every bump in the road it got bigger. We called a local place that couldn’t fit us in but highly recommend this company. The two brothers that run this company were amazing and kind. They asked if we could come to them bc it was late in the day and trying to fit us in. We said absolutely! They fixed our windshield in less than an hr and had us back to enjoying our vacation! This is true southern hospitality! We are overjoyed with the great service they provided and enthusiastic about the rest of our trip! Thank you! So much!

Shane and the guys at Mission Auto were absolutely fantastic. I called them with a busted back window in my work vehicle at 3pm on a Friday and it was replaced first thing Saturday morning. The guys were friendly and responsive and the price was MUCH better than Safelight. I will definitely be using them for all of my fleet vehicles in the future, so glad I found these guys. And it always feels good to support local businesses!

On top of doing a great job, these were genuinely some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Only glass shop willing & able to replace the windshield on my BMW and did it at an extremely reasonable price. They wanted to give me a discount (275 vs 450) for a VERY small cosmetic variance in the glass that they didn’t anticipate (my car can only take one glass). I turned the discount down because of their customer service and because I couldn’t even see the problem myself. They made a point to show me any issue they found with my car (dry rot, weird sticky stuff on my mirror, etc). Highly highly recommend.

I scheduled my windshield repair via phone with Chantel at Mission Auto Glass. She was pleasant & very professional. Jacob was the service person who came to do the replacement. He was super polite & professional. He communicated well & made sure all my questions were answered before he began working. He did a very good job & quickly replaced my windshield. I got the best price I could get as well. I am a very pleased customer & highly recommend Mission Auto Glass for all your auto glass needs.

A pebble hit our car's windshield on our way to Charleston, SC as we were merging on I-40. It started as a small crack but as we went on our journey, the small fracture got bigger and bigger as we hit through bumps on the road. Halfway through our trip, my husband attempted to call Mission Auto Glass but the line was busy. After a few minutes they called my husband back and we asked them what the process was to have our windshield replaced. They asked for our auto insurance company and from there onwards they did all the legwork from contacting our insurance to setting up the time and date to have our windshield replaced the next day. They even came to where we were staying to do the work there so we don't have to travel. Brothers SHANE and JACOB were awesome! They have to replace the windshield twice since there was a stress fracture after replacing the old one. They did everything even working past their work hours just to finish the job. They made sure we were happy and satisfied with their work. We highly recommend this company. Their work ethics is top notched. We are very satisfied with work.
