I experienced the best customer service ever!! 2002 Chevrolet Express work van, not the most common vehicle on the road. I called Thurs afternoon and spoke with Randy. He quoted me a great price. I had full glass coverage so that was not a factor. I asked when he could get me in and it was 9:00am Fri morning! I arrived at 9:00 and they were ready to go to work. Here is the best part. I had my windshield replaced 6 years ago at Safelight. I have satellite radio and the antenna is above the windshield. The cable ran under the windshield trim. Safelight glued the cable in the windshield channel 6 years ago, so Guardian had to be extremely careful cutting out the old windshield or they could have cut the satelite radio cable. No problem, windshield out and cable intact by 9:25. Now it gets even better. At 10:am they are done but ask if I am in a hurry because they would like to glue my plastic windsheild cowl cover together (it was in 4 pieces for the last 4 years and is a discontinued part). Really? Wow absolutely yes!! I'll pay for that!! When the job was done I asked what I owed for the extra work. They said NOTHING!! In todays service environment, this is unbelievable. I asked to speak with Joe (the owner) and he was actually pulling my van out of the shop. He is who glued my cowl back together! His son Matthew also worked on my van to make a team of 3. For you high end and newer car owners, do not be afraid to bring your car here. This shop is certified to re-calibrate all Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), I saw the certifications hanging on the wall. Where do I start? Shopping around for the best price for a windshield for my Mazda CX-5 Red baby. Safelite wanted $550. These guys beat that by almost $200. When I went to pick her up, the job was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. One of my concerns was getting a knock off aftermarket glass. My windshield is a exact replacement and DRUM ROLL...all ez-pass attachments, stickers, decals and suction mounts were placed in the correct position as I left her. The boss man came out to make sure I was good and said if there are any issues to bring it back. I’d leave a negative number if they had that as an option. Company was JUST sold to new owner- guy who answered phone pretty much said we bought biz 2 weeks ago and we don’t have to cover your warranty. The gasket has completely fallen out of around windshield. I called up and explained how I had all new gaskets/windshield installed on a new windshield frame for a jeep wrangler. And how the gasket is all out and the top is hanging on the dash. Opportunity to gain business. Obviously I need it fixed. This guy should have said it may cost you as we just bought the business and how can we help you… but instead wanted to tell me how it isn’t warrantied, how the company they bought it from didn’t do piece work (as though I need to know that) they don’t need my business. I had dealt with Dana until his passing from safelite for years at that location and although the location is convenient- I would steer clear from this new company Guardian Glass as they don’t care about customers at all. He definitely took me a little off guard. I expected the same friendly people I called. Not some guy telling me how he was going to not fix it.

A-Line is awesome all the way around. Great people to work with from front desk to the techs. I travel all over for work so it’s difficult to book appointments; they got my new windshield delivered in a reasonable time, same day, and installed while a waited. Insurance claim was a breeze as I only had to pay my deductible to the shop. Customer service is top-notch. I highly recommend. My car was broken into and the passenger side front window was shattered. I called around for a couple of estimates and A Line Auto offered the most competitive price by far. I dropped the car off that day and picked it up the following morning with a brand new window. Additionally they vacuumed all of the glass out of my car. There was a moment in which I was slightly skeptical, as they informed me that the power window was not functioning properly and "needed to be reset by the dealership". Prior to picking up the vehicle I called the dealership to confirm this, and received instructions from them on how to re-calibrate the window. Upon pick up, one of the guys working helped me to so- it seems to be working well. All of the employees were extremely polite and easy to work with. I would go back in the future (though, hopefully I don't have to!).

A-line is by far the most friendly, on time amd accurate in the Albany area. They will get you fixed up 100%. Prices are A+. Beyond better than competitors, much more affordable. The owner amd operator is friendly and very mood uplifting. For times when you need the glass fixed I would say it really kicks your mood down .. this guys give a nice vibe and pretty cool conversations. Process is fast and easy. I will 10000% recommend them for your next glass repair/replacement. They will even come to you. (They drove all the way to Schenectady to help me out.) Which I was very thankful for it.
