Auto Glass Now

I needed to have the tint removed from my new cars windows in order to pass inspection. I was able to get an appointment quickly, the price was reasonable and the employees were very professional. I will go back again if I ever have auto glass issues. Happy I found them.

So I had my windshield replaced on May 1st. Three days ago after a heavy thunderstorm it started leaking. I called their number, which I assume is a nationwide switchboard. The man said he'd have the manager call me back the next morning. No call back so far Update, one month later, the manager reinstalled my windshield and it shouldn't leak again. It's warranted for life.

This place provided excellent customer service. The guys were great to talk to and deal with. They jumped on the opportunity to help me and made it very quick and painless when other places had me waiting. However, the job came out pretty bad. Looks like it was done in 15 minutes and they vacuumed for 2. I hear glass rattling inside the trunk lid every time I close it now and there’s paint damage that wasn’t there before. They noticed I didn’t want to wait and helped with that, but they didn’t notice how much my car means to me. Had they slowed down and took a little extra time and care doing it, I’d rate 5 stars. If I could rate 2.5 I would but they are pleasant so 3/5.

I came in with a 2008 Pontiac G6 today and wow am I pleased with so much. The communication before hand as I was getting quotes all round town was crazy until I saw AGN on google and read how great the reviews are. Decided to give them a call and the person on the phone was very quick, respectful, and understanding and gave me a the cheapest price of anyone around. In fact about 25% cheaper than anyone else including tax! So I went in, and the staff was extremely warm feeling, hospitable, and stated I could relax there in the lobby, and even told me about some places nearby if I wanted to go out while they worked on my windshield. Total time was 39 minutes and done. WOW. FAST, Great Price, Great Staff. Wish all service was like this at all places. GO HERE FIRST ! BTW, Thank you AGN my windshield is beautiful!

Excellent service and a true gentleman. My windshield was broken and it needed to be fixed. I am glad I found this descent windshield repair company. All the staff were welcoming, courteous and were professional in dealing with their customers. My car’s windshield was replaced within the day and they gave me a descent price that you won’t experience especially with the trick of the trade of most car repair shops now a days. Got my windshield replaced 6/27 and I must say, my technician was quick and very efficient; in about 45 minutes my windshield was replaced and ready to go. I definitely recommend auto glass now, they’re one of the best in the market and the prices are literally mind blowing, no other company compares. I would absolutely do business with them again.
