Overall, the communication was very poor. However, the technician did a great job and the windshield patch looks great. I called and requested a repair for a large chip in our windshield. The customer service representative stated that they could come as soon as the next day. I told her the next day would only work if it was before 2:00pm. She said that would be no problem, and a technician would call me the next day and let me know when they would be coming. Well… it gets to be 1:30pm, and I’ve heard nothing so I call them again. The gentlemen I spoke to was very sorry, and said he would look into the issue and someone would be calling me back right away. Now it’s 2:20pm and I’m about to leave my house for another appointment, and again I’ve heard nothing from them. Then I get a phone call from the technician that he is in my driveway. (We have a sign on our front door asking people not to knock or ring the door bell because of our dogs, and I really appreciated that he saw the sign and chose to call.) So now at this point: - they did not call me to say when they would be coming -ignored my requested timeline -not call me back like they said they would -and showed up without notice. The only reason I am giving three stars and not one is because of the technician - I believe his name was James. He was polite, professional, apologetic, and seemed nothing was communicated properly to him either and these issues were not his fault. He did the patch very quickly so I could still head out to my other appointment, and did a great job.

This was my first time ever needing my windshield replaced. I had no clue who to use.. so I turned to Google & read some reviews. Glass America had some of the best reviews. So I decided to call them. The lady that answered the phone was very helpful, patient and professional. The day of my appointment, the guy came and realized the wrong windshield had been ordered (I was thankful he realized & didn't try putting it on anyways.) So my appointment had to be rescheduled, which I was totally ok with because I obviously want the correct windshield. Then the next appointment was bad weather so we rescheduled again to yesterday. The guy that comes (can't 100% remember his name, maybe Daniel?) is very kind and professional. He had my windshield replaced in less than an hour! There was no mess left behind inside my car or outside my car. This morning it was pouring down rain and there are no leaks. Great experience & would definitely use them again!PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We brought our car into Glass America solely as a precaution. The dealership fixed a small electric problem for us and stated that while they could find no evidence of moisture getting in through our windshield, it might be possible that water was getting in. My husband and I never saw any evidence whatsoever that there was water getting in; however, we took the car into Glass America just to follow up. The glass technician looked at our windshield and said that it looked good and that there was not a problem, except that there was a tiny place on the passenger side that needed a little bit of resealing. He resealed it for free and sent us on our way. A few days later it rained and water was not just leaking...but pouring into our car from the top of the windshield. The ceiling of the car was sopping wet and water was all over the console and floors. I called Glass America about this issue and I was transferred to a manager named Brandon (who had never seen our car), and who proceeded to inform me that my car already had a problem and that is why we brought it there to begin with. He denied any responsibility for the issue. He talked over me constantly and then stated that the only way in which to rule out a leak would be to have taken off the entire windshield to begin with. When I asked why that wasn't done to begin with if that is the ONLY way to rule out a leak, he accused me of calling the people at Glass America "bad people." I have never experienced such rude customer service. He did not offer any compensation and now we have water damage to our car. When we called the dealership and spoke with the technician who had referred us to Glass America, he was astounded by what happened because he knew that we were not having any leaks even remotely close to that in the car he had worked on. We would definitely not recommend Glass America to anyone.

I tried to use this company/business to get a window fixed on my vehicle. Not only was I lied to apart my part, I was also lied to about the person at the mechanic shop that was supposed to be there to fix it. According to them, they use the same company to transport parts to the different shops and that the drivers all have more or less the same route. So if someone could please answer me this question; how is it that you have the same driver, same truck, same route have EVERY PIECE of glass break on not 1 occasion, but on 5 trips in the same month? And how is it that that driver still works and has his license? Myself, and my husband were also told that a man by the name of Tony was the one that was in charge of my window, since he was not only the supervisor, but he was the man that works on windows. Well when we both called and asked for him, not only did he NOT WORK THERE, the shop has NEVER heard of him. Come to find out he was dating someone that works in that office, and apparently they broke up or were arguing and they wanted to get back at him by trying to blame for not only ALL the glass being broken on every order, but by falsifying his employment. When I did call back and tell them my questions and concerns, not only was I hung up on, but my number was blocked and so was my husband's. Now even if we call from our work's phone number once we say who we are or mention what vehicle we are talking about we get hung up on and when we call back we get a message that the number is no longer in service. I know this because I called just before posting this and when I mentioned my name and vehicle the line got disconnected somehow and when I called back the number a few minutes later I got that same disconnect message. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind being lied to and having your insurance company lied to also.

UPDATED EDIT....... Setup an appointment on Saturday for tues morning they said I would receive a text Tuesday morning with a 2 hour appointment window. Sunday morning I received a text with a 9 hour appointment window and then 9 hours later nobody ever text called or showed up whole day waisted waiting around on them for nothing. Mike who I'm assuming is owner or upper management had me email him only to let me know there is nothing he can do on his end and thar I half to call and reschedule the appointment and that I should let them know what happened...... as the owner/management I would think he would let them know what happened and have them reach out to me to have it taken care of but I guess that's the customer service to be expected now. I guess he wanted to show a response on here so it would like like he is concerned or that this would be handled but that's obviously not the case.

I had my windshield replaced a couple weeks ago after a rock put 2 huge cracks in it. Oscar drove out to Lawrenceburg to fix it for me while I was at work. Even though I didn't answer his call, he still showed up and I'm so appreciative that he did. He did such an amazing job! He was very careful not to damage my trim while removing it and had my windshield installed in no time. I had an issue with my insurance and he even helped straighten that out for me. His professionalism and friendliness will never be forgotten. Oscar is the best of the best! Would recommend him 10 out of 10!
