My windshield was installed a little over an hour which was great! However, fragments of glass were left all across the dash board . Debris was left all over floor. I had to reinstall my rear view mirror and cover the cord that connects the mirror. I understand working on my vehicle can cause debris and other particles to less a mess but, I didn't expect to clean it up. I definitely will consider other establishments in the future for my glass replacement needs even if I have to pay more out pocket. I would like to say " Thank you"to the young lady at the front desk. This is a chain and the online scheduling website doesn’t work (shows no openings) but getting a customer service rep on the phone helped. They do walk-ins for chip repair. The girls behind the counter were very pleasant and professional. The glass technicians completely ignored me twice once when he got my keys and once when it was done but I think he had the volume up on headphones and maybe just didn’t realize he was being spoken to. I’m any case, they charged me less than the original estimate and at first blush seems like the repair was done as good as could be hoped for. The shop is in a crappy part of town so just be aware of where you are. Lastly, the work was done pretty fast so that was another plus. The estimate was 90 minutes. I think it was closer to 25. I would use them again for chip repair.

Unfortunately, I’ve had a terrible experience with AutoGlass Now. I initially came in several weeks ago to get a quote and schedule an appointment. When I showed up to my appointment, I was told that the glass was scratched after an hour of waiting. They were kind enough to offer a discount, but I decided I would prefer no scratches. I schedule a new appointment for almost a week later. A few days before the next appointment, I received two messages giving me a 1-800 number to call to “reschedule my appointment.” I called to reschedule, but I was told that they did not need to reschedule and that the text was “a reminder of the appointment” and that “it didn’t say my appointment needed to be rescheduled.” So I shrugged it off and showed up today (during my day off). After waiting for about twenty minutes, I saw my car being pulled around and I was told that they didn’t have my glass. They asked me to reschedule again. It’s hard to believe how, after three trips to the shop and several weeks, I would have to come back a fourth time for a simple install. Even more, no discount was offered for the extreme inconvenience. I would avoid this place if at all possible.

Expect your bill to be $500 over what they quote you because they dont know how to differentiate between different makes and model of vehicles. Also expect delays because they order improper parts at their own pace. I hope the service quality improves as this was recommended as one of the only reputable auto glass installers in huntsville. This issue was mainly due to a call center they use, however the contracts a company hold are a direct reflection of how the company operates and if i can't trust a professional to accurately set up an appointment, how can I trust the asociated brand to install a $1200+ part. Just got my wife’s windshield replaced here this past weekend and was very pleased with the customer service my wife and I received. The windshield was replaced and it did not take long and most importantly the job was done right the first time. The guy who took care of us was very thorough and communicated the whole way through. Heck, he even found a steak knife under our hood (which we some how misplaced) along asking us if we wanted to keep our oil change sticker. Will definitely be back and refer everyone I know to get their windshield done here. Thank you for the positive experience Auto Glass Now!

Couldn't recalibrate the camera after replacing the windshield and drove around with the car beeping at me for 3 weeks. After 4 tries, dealing with a tech who didn't seem to understand I wanted my car back the way I gave it to him, and spending $60 just on Uber rides to and from my office, plus several hours of my time, they wanted me to come back a 5th time. No, but thank you.The tech claimed it was my computer when it wasn't. I took it to the dealership and spent $200 with no issues to recalibrate the camera. It was a terrible experience. with the exception of the receptionist who was always very nice to deal with.
