Had a appointment to have my windshield replaced. When I arrived to the appointment I was told that the windshield wasn’t there. The good part was that they sent a technician out to me to replace the windshield when it came in. The windshield needed to be calibrated so they set another appointment to calibrate it. Each appointment was on a Saturday and they were closed. The last appointment I went to no one was there and I received a phone call stating that the technician was sick. We had two service vehicles that needed chips repaired. They were able to come out the next day and arrived at the time they said they would. The first vehicle's chip was in the driver's view and could not safely be repaired so the entire windshield needed to be replaced - an appointment was made that day for the very next day! The second vehicle's chip was successfully repaired and it looks great! We will be using them from for all our windshield repairs from now on!

The only place I will be going for my glass needs. Everyone I spoke with from reception to the technician was so kind and polite! Not to mention half the price of any one else I called! Did have one small problem with an area above my passenger seat leaking, simply called them and they set up a time originally for me to come in to have it fixed. I wasnt able to make that time so they called me and asked if they could come to me! The absolute best! 10/10

My overall experience with Glass America is this. Did not have to wait long to get an appointment. Very reasonably priced when having to pay out of pocket. Technician was here prompt and very efficient, professional , kind and informative. My only suggestion would be making sure all of the little bits of debris left, not be overlooked in the cleaning up process. I had a very wonderful experience and would highly recommend to anyone!

I originally entered my VIN number online and was giving a acceptable quote for a replacement windshield, however the next morning someone from their location called me and told me that "oh yeah since you didn't put in the VIN number it defaults to the cheaper price" I entered my VIN number and I was quoted $279. This person calls me and tells me that nope that's not the right glass it's going to cost you about $500. what the hell is the purpose a "get a quote" feature if you don't honor your own quotes? If your system is flawed then fix it. Unprofessional. I would not do business with this company.
