This place is amazing. My car was broken into on a Friday night. The next morning (Sat), I looked up auto glass replacements near me, and saw all the positive reviews for this place. I took it in just after they opened at 8AM. The very friendly man helping me (Lupe, I believe his name was) let me know he'd be able to get to it in 3-4 hours. He told me it would cost $140 (very cheap from what I saw online), and that they accepted cash or zelle. I left my car, and sure enough, 3 hours later, I got a call saying it was done. Picked it up, paid with zelle, all very easy. They had vacuumed up all the glass (and even some of the food crumbs that had fallen between my seats). When I got home, I noticed that my door wouldn't open from the inside. I assumed something must have happened during the installation process. I didn't have time to go back that day, and they are closed on Sundays. I took it back in the following Monday. Lupe remembered me and was able to quickly fix my door in under five minutes. Great spot. Replace my windshield, passenger side window and electric switch. Great price for a job well done. Update. Last post was from a year ago. This is my 2nd truck I've brought over to Lupe for windshield work. Still has super competitive prices and got menin n out of there w a freshie in under an hr. Highly recommended

Mr. Garcia replaced my Audi’s rear window after my car got vandalized in April. He suggested an affordable glass and ordered the part faster than any other repair shop said they could, and he accommodated me last minute as I needed to leave for a road trip. Mr. Garcia replaced it within an hour… I couldn’t believe it. He is hard working, SO kind, and he made sure I was 100% happy. After he installed it, I asked if the window could be lowered, and just to make sure it was at its lowest he took it apart and redid it. Mr. Garcia, you are great. Thank you.

Got a new windshield for my Jeep, Garcia couldn’t have been nicer. He was done in two hours, and did a really good job. Windshield is of good quality and he even fixed some rust that was underneath the old windshield. Showed me before and after pictures too. Would 100% recommend and go back again 👍 …

Went in to get windshield replaced..was greeted and attended right away..they started working on it and it was done in a flash..didnt take long at all..car looks great again and I'm very happy will definitely return if I ever need a replacement window..

I called two days ahead with info on the make, model and year of the vehicle; and, what was wrong; and, what needed to be fixed. I showed up exactly when I said I would. He immediately replaced the two busted windows; and the window regulators were also busted. He fixed them quickly too. The right rear window motor wasn't working and he replaced and fixed that right away too. It took him one hour to fix all three windows. I honestly didn't think he could fix them all that fast. As for some of the reviews I read.... He's a one man show. He doesn't have a staff and generally doesn't have time to answer a bunch of questions. If you think you know what's wrong, order your parts and fix it yourself; otherwise, tell him what's wrong and let him take care of your windows. If you know, you know. If you don't, get out the way. The facility is typical of today's auto garages; where, everyone works independently and rent there own piece of garage; based on what they can afford and how much space they can operate their businesses out of. Mr Garcia rents very little of the property; so, your vehicle will not be moved into a garage; rather, he will make repairs in the parking lot. This is how he passes these savings on to you. You can pay more money where you will be able to talk extensively on the phone, maybe complimentary lattes. None of that here. He will just have your windows fixed in an expedient manner; and, that to me, is all I need. Maybe not for you? Maybe exactly what you're looking for? Either way, in my opinion, anything under 4 stars is just a demanding misunderstanding customer.
