Galaxy Auto Glass

Excellent! I had a rental car in which a couple of chips had developed in the windshield and they seemed to be starting to spread. Veronica was great and super=friendly. With her expert eye she instantly recognized that these were both prior repairs that had opened back up, probably due to road surface vibration. She could easily have persuaded me she could perform some unnecessary work to make some money, but instead, with honesty, assured me that there was nothing that she could do and reassured me that the rental company would have the prior damage and repair in their records so I should not worry about returning the vehicle as it was. I was very impressed by her professionalism and wish that I lived locally in case I need glass repairs in the future. It would be nice to have a reputable company like this, who I could trust, closer to my home.

I was impressed with how quickly they got to me. I reached out early in the morning and made a same day appointment for a chip repair in my windshield. I specifically let them know I would be at my workplace and that seem okay. The problem was that instead of the 30min courtesy call the technician walked in to my work and wanted them to pay for it. He didn't even ask for me so I could clarify the situation. It caused some issues/stress at my work. I should have just canceled right at that time but I really needed this done. The tech said he needed a shaded area to work in and kept trying to pressure me in to parking in an active load/unloading area.when I wouldn't do that he tried to get me to park in front of a building that was being painted.

What an experience!! My wife’s windshield had a chip in it from a rock. Nothing huge. However, the response from Leslie and the team at Galaxy Auto Glass treated it as if it were their best client in an emergency!! They came to her work and completed the windshield glass repair on site! You cannot see where they did the repair it’s extremely clean. If the crack grew, game over. They saved us hundreds of dollars by repairing the glass quickly! Thank you very much to Veronica and the team of amazing professionals at Galaxy Auto Glass!! I highly recommend!!

I wish I could give more than a 5 star review, Galaxy has been absolutely fabulous. Saturday evening, I got in the car and noticed an over 6 inch crack in my windshield. I reached out to Galaxy and they were able to get me a quote and schedule me for a replacement. Here it is, Tuesday afternoon and I have a new windshield already installed. Ms. Leslie has a wonderful crew that messaged me when they were on their way. Ben and Ryan explained everything to me and made sure I had full instructions before they left. They were cheerful and informative and you could tell that they enjoy their work. Thank you Galaxy Auto Glass for being so quick and efficient. Your work is greatly appreciated.

Veronica and her team came through and made it happen. They were professional and efficient. I was visiting from California and as I was driving on the freeway a rock hit my windshield that came from a semi truck. This happened on a Friday and I called insurance for recommendations and they sent me over to Safelite. They were booked out for a week and I needed to head back to Cali sooner. I was not about to drive with this crack because the heat expanded the crack and it started to get bigger, so I called a few places and nothing was open over the weekend. Then I stumbled upon Galaxy Auto Glass and Veronica answered. She knew the process and time frame with getting the materials and doing the replacement. They were able to come first thing in the morning to my location. Thank you Veronica and team. Definitely recommend!

This auto glass company is top tier! They are quick with responding, work with your schedule and pricing is very affordable! This company definitely values there work and customer service. I had a rock chip in my windshield. I first went to another company and they half ass fixed the rock chip in my windshield. I was quoted $1,000 from safelight. I then found Galaxy Auto Glass who is affordable and does an even better job than the Safelight company! The repair didn't take long at all. Veronica and her husband are the best people to do business with, as there attitude and repair work shows they aren't just doing this business for the money. They care about the detail of the repair and it shows! God forbid, I have another incident like this one or just incidents with my windows in general BUT if I do, then I know who I'm calling, Galaxy Auto Glass. If you are hesitant on doing business with Galaxy Auto Glass, I can assure you they will NOT disappoint! A huge thanks to Veronica and her husband, they made my car look great!
