(I'm late writing this review !) I tee'd up my insurance claim and within 15 minutes, these guys phoned me to say they had my request and scheduled my repair. Justin arrived on time, did a great job explaining what was going on. I'm pretty chatty and super OCD about my car, so I had a lot of questions. When the new windshield was placed one (of 8) of the clips that held the trim pieces broke. My car is 9 years old and this is the third time my windshield has been replaced, so not surprised this clip broke. Instead of doing without one of the clips, Justin worked to find new clips. With none available quickly, he made plans to get the new clips and return the next day. I was impressed ... he could have just gone on and used one less clip, but instead he did the repair the right way, went out of his way to get new clips, even though it meant a return trip. Super job ... I recommend these guys and would use them again. Thanks Justin for a great repair !

Florida Auto Glass Plus was referred to me by my insurance agent when I reported a cracked windshield. They were great, from start to finish. I called and spoke with Rich, who took all the necessary information for my truck. I requested OEM windshield and he told me he would need to research to make certain available. Gabby called me back later, confirming that OEM was available and setting up an appointment for the following day for replacement. Justin called the next morning and we agreed upon a time for him to come to my home and replace the windshield. He was here precisely at agreed upon time and had the windshield replaced very quickly. This company is extremely professional and friendly. I truly appreciate my insurance agent referring me to Florida Auto Glass Plus and am very appreciative of their service. I recommend anyone use them for auto glass needs.

Just wow! Tony and Rick just replaced my Subaru Outback windshield. Great people. Phenomenal work. Was not sure what to expect since this is my first vehicle with eyesight. They were able to get the windshield off in record time without damaging anything. No broken cowl tabs and no broken cowl. I have had two other big name companies on my other vehicles where they damaged the vehicle in some way. Glad a friend recommend this company. They had no issue with me chatting and watching the entire process. They did a great job calibrating the eyesight. If you own a vehicle that require camera calibration or just a regular windshield replacement they will get the job done!ServicesAuto windshield replacement

I had an insurance claim to replace a 2019 Jeep Cherokee window. it was replaced at my work Friday, May 3, 2024. When I got home from work, I noticed a semi lunar breaking the glass from the outside, and it was actually where the rearview mirror was affixed graciously the installer allowed me to continue to text him and he said he would come take a look on his next availability The following day, Saturday, the rearview mirror actually fell from the inside down from the window, carrying with it pieces of glass (all adhered to the adhesive sticker) on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, the installer came out and acknowledged the damage and his boss, Rick told him to have me file another claim. my insurer refused to take another claim because this is a manufacturer defect. It’s not a road hazard. on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, the supervisor, Rick calls me and tells me I’m the one who pulled the mirror down. and It’s my fault. The only way it could break away from the window, was because of me pulling on the mirror too hard, as they have photos of it being normally installed the day of installation. I am 46 years old. I’ve been driving for 30 years. I know how to adjust a mirror without damaging it, and the mirror falling down less than a day after installation (as I have 30 years experience of mirror adjusting), is very suspect when you inspect where the adhesive is, on the fallen down mirror, it’s a vertical diamond shaped adhesive: and contains multiple glass pieces small and big, where the mirror broke away from the window I believe this suggestive that either the adhesive did not adhere uniformly and was unable spread out the force of normal adjustment, or the window was defective and could not handle the force of a normal mirror adjustment. All I know is that the mirror fell down (the day after) (but initially fractured the window the day of) due to a normal amount of motorist adjustment (that we all need to do to avoid collisions and see clearly in the mirror) adjusting your rearview mirror is a standard part of a pre-driving checklist, probably taught as a must do, by every driver’s education program in the world. I now have Safelite coming out to replace the whole window tomorrow and I will show them the evidence of the glass at the adherence site Now, even if Rick wanted to believe me, (or if he was actually a prosecutor, he would unfortunately incarcerate lots of innocent people because he’s unable to listen to evidence, and he is unable to possibly think he is wrong,) I made it impossible to help me because I lost my temper. I was furious because I’m not an idiot like he thinks I am I was furious because he thinks I’m doing pull-ups on my review mirror. I was furious because if he treats me this way, he will treat you this way yes, I’m a temperamental child that didn’t get what I wanted, but at least I’ll go to bed knowing I was correct. The only thing I did wrong was lose my temper.

This company was referred by My large insurance company so I assumed was a reputable company. The first schedule time to replace glass they brought damaged glass and could not meet the date scheduled so I had to wait a week. Then on the second scheduled date they said the technician called but could not reach me but when the office called I was available every time. I spoke with the owner who said that it was my problem and they would fit me in some other time throughout the day. But I had been up and waiting on the tech since 5:30am to call or stop by and never had a call and no one stopped by. This is such a small business to only 2 people to do the work for all of jacksonville I’m surprised my insurance company would work with such a mom and pop shop. Terrible business practices and not customer friendly or accommodating after I was willing to wait on the glass for a week and then just to not show up for the next scheduled appointment at all. I’m not sure how they stay in business but will have to let my insurance company know the story.
