Factory Auto Glass called within 30 minutes of me placing the claim with my insurance. They sent Logan out right away to my job to make the repair. He went above and beyond to meet me in a parking garage where I work in downtown Jax despite it being a challenge due to the height of his work van. In the end, Factory Auto Glass completed the repair in a friendly and courteous fashion in record time. Logan was absolutely the nicest tech I've dealt with as compared to a large national chain I'd dealt with previously through my insurance (***lite) which were the exact opposite of the Factory Auto Glass experience. I give Factory Auto Glass and Logan two thumbs up for a job well done. I have a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica and live in Gainesville FL. My front passenger window exploded. I called the local dealership and was told it would a 10 day wait just to ordered the glass. This will never do with the rain we get. I started calling every company that services auto glass and nobody had the replacement glass. I called Factory Auto Glass to see what their wait time was going to be. I spoke with a real friendly lady and asked how many days it would be and she asked if tomorrow would be okay I told her yes, then she gave me the total and it was several hundred dollars cheaper than the dealership. The next morning I received a phone call from William telling me he would be at my house around lunch time. William arrived around noon and introduced himself. Not long later I went outside and William told me he ran into an issue that he needed clarification on. He said the reason it took him so long he had to call a Chrysler dealership to answer questions about the issues he ran into. William cleaned up after replacing the window, the inside and outside of the vehicle and apologized for the time it took. Again I want to thank William and Factory Auto Glass not only for having what I needed without waiting days but also for their fair pricing, professional service and being a company that takes care of their customers. I brought them a notoriously difficult project. 30 year old porsche 698 rear hatch glass. These are generally the same for 924 and 944 - the glass is a stressed member in a thin aluminum frame - they are prone to separation. Factory Auto Glass got it done easily! Damian knew exactly what he was doing and went out and bought the required special tools that day. I don't trust very many shops to work on my porsches, but they instilled confidence from the very beginning. We set an appointment time when it was convenient to me, and they turned it around in less than a day. Damian even took pictures along the way to show me all of the cleanup and before/after shots without me asking for it. I feel that I could NOT have had better experience. The team there absolutely crushed it. I will be bringing all of my work to them and telling all of my friends and PCA members. A branch fell during the recent hurricane and shattered my windshield. I was looking for a place that could replace it quickly and found Factory Auto Glass. I was so impressed with their customer service with helping me to get a fast appointment. Carlos is an amazing tech and throughout the whole process went above and beyond. I explained we needed the car for an upcoming trip and he ensured the car was repaired in time. He really cares about the customers and we are so thankful. I highly recommend this business and want to give Carlos a thank you for an awesome job!

Called several shops to fix a chip in my windshield and was repeatedly told they only do full replacements so I was shocked when I found a place that was willing to repair the damage that measured about 1 inch across. I paid $85 dollars for the same 15 dollar kit you can buy at Walmart that was used on my vehicle so if you want to be overcharged for your car to look worse than when you came this is the place for you! The crack is still visible and now I have a opaque, discolored spot where the chip is. I expected professionalism but I should have known better when I pulled up at 3:30pm on a Tuesday afternoon and the police were in the parking lot making an arrest. I called not even 24 hours later to see if there was something further I could do and was told to replace my windshield - hopefully my warning is heard and I can stop someone else from making the same mistake I did by coming here. People work hard for the things they have and its a shame that because of Florida laws businesses will do unacceptable work unless you're filing a claim for replacement.NegativeQualityServicesAuto windshield repair

I want to give a shout out to Clayton Solomon, who replaced the auto glass on my 2024 RDX today. Very professional service and a credit to Factory Auto Glass . I suggest that you keep this employee at least for his customer service skills.
