He quickly checked if the windshield was in stock and provided an estimate for the work schedule. I did encounter a minor issue when trying to find Express Auto Glass's information on Progressive's portal while submitting the claim, but don’t worry if you face the same problem—it’s perfectly fine. You can still work with Auto Glass through most insurance companies, just give Steve and his team a call to confirm. I submitted the claim, and Steve arranged a three-way call with Progressive to finalize everything. It took just 3 minutes, and the process was incredibly smooth. The next day, they arrived ON TIME and completed the job ON SCHEDULE, which was crucial for me. I highly recommend Express Auto Glass—had I gone to the dealership, this would have cost me $700-$800, and I would have had to wait two weeks for an appointment!

I accidentally shut the garage door on my wife’s mini van smashing the back glass. Ooops. Called the insurance company and they left a message for Express auto glass to call me in the morning (accident was at 830 pm). Steven called me around 9 am the next day, was very friendly and helpful w my questions on the phone. I asked if they really could fix it in my driveway, etc and he said absolutely. He asked when I wanted it done and I said as soon as it could be done (the wife was not too happy with me). Steven said he could get it done today, maybe late morning. Music to my ears! I gave him some garag instructions (didn’t even need to move it Out of the garage) and he texted me at 1pm that it was all finished and I could zelle him the deductible. Excellent service and a pleasure working w Steven from start to finish! Thank you for making a bad situation now laughable as the car is ready to Go leads then a day later! Highly recommend!

Excellent repair including re-calibration of my systems. Highly recommend this business. Kudos to Steve and his crew!

I had an absolutely great experience with Auto Glass Express Naperville. I originally called SafeLite, but there was no way to talk to a person---you could only text with a bot, that eventually was going to let me schedule service a week and half later. Then I called Auto Glass Express, where a real live person answered the phone. He found a warehouse that had the window and said they'd get it fixed that day. They came to my house and worked in my driveway until 8:30pm and got it fixed. I was very impressed at their determination to get the job done. Don't call SafeLite, call Auto Glass Express.
