Thank You Cesar and Caliber Auto Glass. Excellent customer service, from the office customer care line to the installer. Cesar was able to come a bit earlier than his eta. Worked very efficient. Cesar was very courteous and kind. Explained the next steps. Hope I don't need a window replaced in the near future, if I do I know who to call.

The technician cut through a wire in my headliner, and rather than alerting me, they stuffed the wire back into the A pillar. They also failed to reconnect the wiper fluid nozzle after disassembling the windshield cowl. All this after bringing the wrong windshield to my appointment twice. This could not have gone worse - look for windshield replacement elsewhere! *Update* The “follow-up” from Caliber was a hollow gesture; I emailed the provided contact 4 weeks ago and have heard nothing.

The ladies at the front desk need an extreme month long customer service training boot camp. I am very dissatisfied with the terrible customer service the front office provided. 1ST...My wife arrived with the vehicle and was informed she was at the wrong location despite simply driving to the address provided to us by phone and email. 2ND.... After it was determined we were in fact at the right location, my question was how long would the glass replacement take. The lady on the right side of the office as we entered said it could take all day, in a very unprofessional manner. Our appointment was for 9am but she had the audacity to utter the words all day. She never offered to contact the technician to get an estimate. I retrieved my key fob and left expeditiously. I know poor customer service when I see it. I can guarantee never to return and I suggest anyone reading this to expect the worst.
