Laura took very good care of us from the first phone call. Very kind and understanding. We had a car window smashed and she guided us every step of the way. Promptly replaced our window helped us get back to normal after such a terrible day. She ever brought the car up to my place of work. Her dad was also great. Thank you for doing this for us.

I called them Monday morning about a back window for my brand new truck The helpful lady Said yes, I could have one by 3 o’clock For $200 I cannot believe it Shernoff, 3 o’clock comes she had my glass Very very very helpful on what I had to do to change it. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

I normally do not post things and give reviews. Because of a bad storm I had to shatter a window. Laura assisted me in replacing it, and even picked my car up from me and dropped it back off to me at work. She made everything so easy and did everything she could to help me with what was and horrendous situation. I work in customer service. She went above and beyond and I can honestly say this is some of the best service I have ever received. I would and will recommend them to anyone. Thank you again.

One fine Saturday, heavy winds ripped off the top 8' of a nearby spruce tree and spilled it into my driveway, obliterating the windshield of my parked car. Even though I guessed Easy Auto Glass were closed, I tried calling anyway, hoping someone might be in; as it went straight to the answering machine I hung-up & resolved to call them first thing Monday morning. To my surprise, Laurie (seeing my missed call) reached out to me first; I was impressed with the hustle and promptly called her back to schedule a replacement -- she got me in a mere two days later. Her father gave me a ride to a nearby coffee shop to pleasantly pass the time while she fixed it. It was ready within a few hours; I followed her instructions to help the seal cure (leave the windows cracked for 24 hours).
