Cheap Guy Auto Glass

These guys rock! I went to them initially back in June of this year-because they had the best price! Last week I see that there’s a crack in the new windshield. As I looked closer I could tell it originated from under the seal, and there were no chips. When I called they immediately said to bring it in and they will see if they can fix it, or need to replace it (over 3 months later). When I pulled up the owner came out with an associate and said they would replace it, at no cost, due to their warranty. When taking it off, they let me know it was a factory issue. They replaced it very quickly, made me a priority, and allowed me to use their WiFi to work! Highly recommend giving them you business. THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING!! They worked very fast and the prices were so much better than anywhere else in the area. We had such a bad day with our car getting broken into and they took us in right away and were so kind. All the staff were nothing but spectacular. The environment was clean, they answered all of our questions and even gave us tips on where to get our engine fixed when we go back home. The part that stood out to me the most is that they didn’t try to upsell or trick us at all. They were very straight forward with what they were going to do, they did it, asked if we needed anything else done and then we were on our way. Quick and easy. This repair shop is such a hidden gem and we are so appreciative of the hard work and kindness of this company. 10/10 recommend!

My passenger side front window was shattered when it was parked outside a friends house. The window stayed in place but was shattered, it was winter so it made my car so cold. I know how to put in the window myself but I needed the glass. They got the glass for me pretty cheap and it was the solar tinted and everything from Lincoln. They were shipped the wrong one and called when they opened it to let me know and ordered a new one. They offered to put it in for me but due to my schedule when I picked it up I declined, they were super professional and understanding about it all and they gave me a great price for it. I went to get my windshield replaced. I was quoted $150 and we ended up agreeing on $130. I dropped my vehicle off to get the windshield replaced, once I picked up my vehicle they requested $250. That was not the agreed upon amount, and instead of taking any money, they broke their own windshield with a hammer. I called the cops and the cops told them what they did is illegal and extremely unprofessional. I couldn't be happier! I found out on a Saturday when I went through a car wash that my sunroof was leaking. Imagining the worst and not always able to get the car into a garage, I was afraid of having damage to the inside of my car. I called and they got me in right away that same day. They were able to get it repaired and the cost was extremely reasonable. They even allowed my son watch the repair. Shout out to the owner who took care of us, Fernando! More happy to give 5 stars!

Window shook for 2 weeks had another company got it sealed properly. Not just that but had black grease fingerprints all over my 4runner. Also glass all over parking and work area place was in need of major cleanup. I paid top dollar and followed recommendation by a friend and was totally disappointed. Moving forward to anyone go with a top company cleanliness is really important when it comes to windows/ windshield etc
