Skylar & Crowned Glass have replaced many windshields for me at my car dealership. I had previously used an assortment of different companies. He beats anyone’s price, beats anyone else’s customer service, mobile, friendly, fast, and his work is top notch. Somehow, when he’s done, my dashboards look better than before the glass was taken out. Always on time, and willing to work with my schedule. If you're looking for a company that can replace your auto glass, look no further! Not only were Crowned Glass professionals, they were polite, inviting, and took great care of my pride and joy! Skylar also provided excellent customer service, explained what he was doing as he went along, and allowed me to watch as needed. Not to mention they got me back on the road in less than 24 hours, while the dealership said it would be six months! Thank you, Crowned Glass!

This was a pleasant surprise to me. My infiniti QX 70 windshield had a crack I thought could be repaired but it was too long for that. I had talked to my dealer and they were looking at the options for me. When I contacted Crown Glass, I spoke with Skylar and he got the VIN, sent me an estimate and was able to schedule an appointment for repair the next day—at my home! I was a little hesitant, but decided to give it a shot. Well, he showed up 3 minutes to time, replaced the windshield in about an hour, and at a great price, lower than what my dealer would have charged me. Within 1h, I had a completely new windshield, no hassle, great deal and ready to roll. I couldn’t believe it. What can beat this? Superb and timely service, with great savings in the convenience of my home. What can beat this??? Well, I have saved his number, and he will be my go to guy for anything auto glass. My car suffered a crack in the windshield a few years ago. I wasn’t able to attend to it right away, but in that time I had met Skylar on a few occasions and upon finding out what service he provided I knew after a few more meetings who I would call when the time was right. Good man, good heart. Came right to my house (in Ames) and installed new windshield. Should you need a new windshield I recommend him.

Great experience! He answered my call on a Friday afternoon and came out to see my car at my house the very next morning. He was open and honest about the realities of repair versus replacement. He repaired it in about an hour and talked me through what he could do if something else happens and it needs a full replacement in the future. He’s personable, as well, which was a bonus!
