Champion Windshield Repair

It says on their website that they repair and replace windshield, but the guy at the new location on Montgomery said he only does repairs! I said that the website states both repair and replace! He proceeded to say that the owner runs the website. So no communication between owner and works!!!

I was on a road trip heading to FL when my windshield got hit by a rock. I pulled over to find a windshield repair business and to my surprise this location was EXACTLY where I pulled off the highway. The service, professionalism, and kindness was top notch. Champion Windshield recently replaced a windshield in my Toyota Highlander, and I can’t speak highly enough at how easy the process was and how professional the guys are. They were quick to communicate and easy to deal with. I’m not a customer nor will I ever be just based off a phone call with the owner of this business. I asked where the kiosk was located and he treated me as if I was an idiot for not noticing a 25 square foot building in a huge parking lot, I told him I would find someone else just because of how he was speaking to me and as I hung up I’m 100 percent positive he said “Fu$k You” to me so I immediately called back to confront him on that matter and he acted like he was talking to someone in his vehicle and assured me it was not me but I do not believe that at all. My recommendation to you sir would be to forward your business line to your person running the kiosk because your mouth is unacceptable as a business owner… the person at your kiosk seems to get great reviews so you may want to let him just handle your business all together. I manage a fleet of 30 vehicles and was looking for someone to service our windshield repair needs plus my personal vehicle has a rock chip so your attitude cost you a decent amount of work. You are very rude and after reading these other reviews I’m not the only person that feels this way.

I called the company ask do they fix cracks on windshield on 18 wheeler guy went off yelling he's not gonna put his company name on the repair he could get find. It was a yes or no question he is real rude I don't see how people do business with him or he's still in business

Great to work with! Scheduled appointment right away! Let us know between what times they would arrive and called the day of to let me know he was on his way.
