The installer came out to my house and removed a very old windshield that was installed previously by someone who didn't do a very good job, not from these guys. The installer was very experienced and a super nice guy! He also remedied an issue with a crackling sound that I had and he explained what causes thus and how he could and did fix that annoying sound. I've used Cascade auto glass for numerous windshield replacements in the past and have been very satisfied each time and see no reason to ever use anyone else. Thanks for the great work! Barry

As an insurance agent, it's important that I know the companies I refer my clients to. Cascade Auto Glass is where I refer all of my clients because they take such great care of me personally. They replaced the windshield on my Jeep less than six weeks ago, I didn't have to take any time off work, or take any time out of my weekend; they came to the office and took care of it while I was working. And then, wouldn't you know it, last week, a rock hit my brand new windshield! They came right out and fixed it so it wouldn't spread. Again, at the office. I know that with this kind of service, I can confidently refer my clients to them, and they will get the same top-notch service.

I got an online discount for Cascade and thought I would give them a shot. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Yes you have to give them a lot of information to get a quote but they have to see what your insurance will cover and if there are any deals that they can get for you so it really is in your best interest to work with them. With the discount I think the price was close to what everyone else would charge or a little lower but the install went flawless and the glass was perfect, it even came with top tinting that I didn't know was stock.

I don't write reviews. These people are awesome! I gave them a near impossible task (a window that can't be found) they were polite, friendly, patient, and set my expectations appropriately to the task. After telling me politely that it was a longshot they still took the extra time to look into a few leads and fortunately for me they were able to find it! After several dozen other places had told me "no". The fact that they were willing to put in the extra effort shows the quality of their service. As a customer you are clearly not just another face to them, but you are valued. Even if they can't solve your issue, never doubt that it wasn't for lack of trying on their part. Had a 2 hour quote over the phone, its always nice to have an expected time frame. I showed up for my appointment they informed me it would only be about an hour and a half. I sat for 3 hours and heard the girls gossiping about customers, talking about their problems with their personal home toilet "spraying blue liquid on the wall". As it turns out those things were all more important than doing their job. It wasn't until I decided to go ask one of the receptionists if my car was done. It had been done for who knows how long and i was never notified. Not one time in 3 HOURS did anyone come in to tell me what was going on, almost like i wasnt even there. I was never notified it would take longer than expected, I was not told when my car was done, I was not told that I was able to leave, and i did not recieve an apology for their incompetence either. I think you should look into investing in better customer service representatives, especially with all of the better quality auto glass repair shops out there. Updated; after this horrible experience. A nice young lady named Sasha gave me a call right after and took 30 minutes of her time on a friday to apologize. She told me that's not how they want to run their business, let me know she's going to talk to those employees, ensured the same thing won't ever happen again, and reconciled with a customer she's never met face to face before. She is a golden example of what customer service should look like, thank you Sasha.

We first saw this company at an expo. We had just had our windshield hit by a rock so luckily we were explained the process in person A Cascade rep contacted me and we both were on the line with my insurance. They knew exactly what to say. My deductible was waived and I made an appt to have the glass fixed. The technician called and came within 30 minutes. It was that easy. We had our other car windshield repaired the next week. They have great customer service. As a prior auto claims rep this is a great company to get your windshield fix and I highly recommend them.
