I definitely got a leave a positive review for this company. My experience was seamless. I called them. Ask them if they service my commercial box truck. They looked up the information they said they did. They have the glass within an hour. I drove in. And they were waiting for me. They did a great job. So I can definitely recommend this company. By the way their distributor is right next to them. There’s this huge warehouse where they get their glass right next to them. So the chances are if you need a glass windshield or whatever installed they can get it pretty quickly. Five star review, well deserved

I had something hit the windshield of my new Dodge ram 2500 pick up truck while driving on HWY 84. Unfortunately, it caused a large chip in my windshield and my windshield needed to be replaced. My insurance company (Allstate) recommended Cascade Auto Glass. The same day I filed my claim, Cascade Auto Glass called me. Peggy, the Cascade Auto Glass representative was extremely helpful in getting my claim processed. She had an appointment set up for me within two days of the incident. When I got to Cascade Auto Glass, I was met by Justin one of the installers. Justin was super friendly and helpful. I had forgotten about the state park pass on my windshield, but Justin didn’t, and stated that he would make sure he got it onto my new windshield. My windshield was installed and ready to go within three hours. They did an excellent job and my state Park pass was right where it was supposed to be. My experience with Cascade Auto Glass was extremely positive and I appreciate the great customer service I received. I would recommend Cascade Auto Glass to anyone looking to replace their windshield or have their windshield repaired.

Had a 2 hour quote over the phone, its always nice to have an expected time frame. I showed up for my appointment they informed me it would only be about an hour and a half. I sat for 3 hours and heard the girls gossiping about customers, talking about their problems with their personal home toilet "spraying blue liquid on the wall". As it turns out those things were all more important than doing their job. It wasn't until I decided to go ask one of the receptionists if my car was done. It had been done for who knows how long and i was never notified. Not one time in 3 HOURS did anyone come in to tell me what was going on, almost like i wasnt even there. I was never notified it would take longer than expected, I was not told when my car was done, I was not told that I was able to leave, and i did not recieve an apology for their incompetence either. I think you should look into investing in better customer service representatives, especially with all of the better quality auto glass repair shops out there. Updated; after this horrible experience. A nice young lady named Sasha gave me a call right after and took 30 minutes of her time on a friday to apologize. She told me that's not how they want to run their business, let me know she's going to talk to those employees, ensured the same thing won't ever happen again, and reconciled with a customer she's never met face to face before. She is a golden example of what customer service should look like, thank you Sasha.

I would like to thank Cascade for making it so easy to get my cracked windshield replaced. I had a crack in both my truck and car windshield. I had used Cascade in the past and remember how easy it was to have the windshield replaced while I was at work. I called them to make appointment at my house and the need to do the repair on 2 separate days. They where able match my schedule and made all the necessary calls to my insurance agent while I was on the phone. The technician that came to replace the truck windshield remembered me from years ago. He said that most of the employees had be there for 20 years! I think that says a lot about a company. The repair was done quickly and very professional with careful attention to the seal preparation work. My wife was around for the car repair and said she had the same experience with a different technician. I would highly recommend using Cascade Auto Glass.

As an insurance agent, it's important that I know the companies I refer my clients to. Cascade Auto Glass is where I refer all of my clients because they take such great care of me personally. They replaced the windshield on my Jeep less than six weeks ago, I didn't have to take any time off work, or take any time out of my weekend; they came to the office and took care of it while I was working. And then, wouldn't you know it, last week, a rock hit my brand new windshield! They came right out and fixed it so it wouldn't spread. Again, at the office. I know that with this kind of service, I can confidently refer my clients to them, and they will get the same top-notch service.

I don't write reviews. These people are awesome! I gave them a near impossible task (a window that can't be found) they were polite, friendly, patient, and set my expectations appropriately to the task. After telling me politely that it was a longshot they still took the extra time to look into a few leads and fortunately for me they were able to find it! After several dozen other places had told me "no". The fact that they were willing to put in the extra effort shows the quality of their service. As a customer you are clearly not just another face to them, but you are valued. Even if they can't solve your issue, never doubt that it wasn't for lack of trying on their part.
