My insurance company notified Capital Auto Glass and I received a call back from them within a short time that same day. I worked with Jamie and Laura (phone service) and Steve (service technician). I can not say enough good things about this team! They were committed to providing friendly, prompt and professional services from start to finish. They were quick to return my calls, answer all of my questions, and were very diligent to keep me informed along the way.  Steve was incredibly helpful, providing information and showing me issues he found during his initial assessment,  and how these issues would be PROPERLY repaired during the service call.  This team gave me confidence that I would receive a quality installation that was guaranteed to be done right the first time!! I had exceptional assistance first from Lauren to set up my appointment for a windshield replacement needed on my car. She was friendly, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the entire process. She assisted me with the insurance claim details as well and made sure that I had all of my questions answered before we hung up the phone. They were able to schedule my replacement and come to my home with availability offered as soon as the next day!! Clear communications with reminder calls by the office to confirm my appointment as well as a call by the technician, Bryan, the day of helped me to plan and schedule even with the convenience of them coming to my home. Working from home, I still needed to make sure I could block out some time to be available, if needed. When Bryan arrived to do the replacement, I was greeted again with the same professional courtesy and friendliness as I had experienced when I spoke with Lauren. Bryan was incredibly efficient, was very attentive to taking exceptional care of my vehicle, and incredibly knowledgable sharing information with me about the process and reminders after he completed the installation. I recently had my Tesla's windshield replaced by Capital Auto Glass, and the experience was outstanding. Rather than going through Tesla, I chose Capital, and I'm so glad I did. Lauren, who assisted me, was incredibly transparent about the entire process and the timeline. This location truly stands out in terms of service quality. While the cost was slightly higher than what Tesla quoted, the exceptional customer service and professionalism at Capital Auto Glass made it worth every penny. They over delivered on timing of installation, and had me out of there in about 1.5 hours. I highly recommend their services and would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

After reading some sketchy reviews of other glass repair shops, I found this shop through a recommendation by someone online. It was very easy to schedule an appointment. The place is a little far out if you live in Raleigh and is located in the middle of a residential neighborhood in south Wake Co., but it was easy to find with GPS. Check-in was a breeze and the waiting area and the interior of the office was clean. This was my first time getting a windshield replaced, so I was expecting an all day process. My windshield replacement was finished in less than an hour. Very good results. Highly recommend.
