I cannot praise this company enough! Unfortunately I had my window smashed and broken into on my car late at night. I requested a quote from their website and Jace emailed me a quote by 8am the next morning. I was so impressed by their ability to come out and fix my window next day. The only reason they couldn’t do it the same day was because my car glass needed to be picked up later in the afternoon. The technicians arrived right on the estimated time. They did an amazing job and were able to remove all the small shattered glass from my car. I highly recommend Transparency Auto Glass. I hope I never have to have a window replaced again, but if I do I know exactly who I will be calling.

So relieved to have this new windshield. I've been wanting a new one for years. Was pitted and chipped. Rock hit last week cracked the next morning and then crack slowly traveled all the way across. This is the kind of thing I put off, but these guys made it so easy. Jace was easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and worked me in first thing the next day, and had it finished in an hour. If you ever need auto glass, highly recommend these guys. Top notch service, clean office, good prices, and efficient work. Update: 4 months later, glass looks great. Zero issues. All the gratitude.

I am thoroughly impressed with this business. They were extremely responsive to my request for a quote and had me scheduled within 24 hours of reaching out. Their pricing was well in line with competitors, if not better. I can't say enough good things about the team and the owner. They are hard workers and good customer service means a lot to them. This is refreshing in a world that seems to have lost that good customer service touch. My windshield looks great and took less than an hour to be installed. I will recommend these guys to anyone and everyone I know who needs glass service on their vehicles.

Easy and fast! I got a quote within a few hours and was able to schedule the next day. They did what they said - I received a call at 9:30 am telling me the anticipated time of arrival, got a call about 30 minutes ahead and they arrived within that window. Joe and Andrew did a fantastic job replacing the windshield and delivered clear instructions for how to take care of it the next 24 hours and the warranty. Their efficiency and professionalism made it possible to get the windshield replaced within a full workday of meetings. Thanks for taking this off my list. Highly recommended!

I had one of my rear quarter panel windows break on my Chevy Traverse. I started calling shops that are used by my insurance but those shops couldn’t get the glass or didn’t have the availability to fix my window. One of the shops sent my information to Transparency and that day they called me and started the process for getting my window fixed. I had to wait a couple weeks to pay to fix it which they totally understood. I called them back and they were able to get the window and schedule my appointment within the same week as I called. They were super friendly, understanding, and quick. They told me it could take up to 4 hours but they were done in 1.5 hours. They even were able to get me a better deal on the payment for the repair as I was going to have to pay my deductible cost but they were able to get me a replacement window for less than the deductible. I will absolutely be recommending them to anyone needing auto glass repairs.

FABULOUS customer service!!! My windshield they replaced had a potential flaw that couldn't be seen unless the morning sun was directly shining on the windshield. Ronnie, the owner, was EXTREMELY nice and professional and replaced my windshield again without hesitation even when he couldn't see the flaw due to the time of day I brought him my truck. His company focuses on quality rather than quantity which is very hard to find in a company these days, and I knew I was in good hands from the time I initially called them. Look NO further if you are looking for glass work for your auto. You will NOT be disappointed!!!
