This place gave me the worst experience I could have! First, what was supposed to a minor chip repair turns into a full replacement, then they pulled a NO SHOW! Finally, when someone gets back to me, we reschedule, it gets done, and they left my car dirty as HELL! BODY SHOP DUST FOOT PRINTS ALL OVER MY INTERIOR! And my entry key pad was left hanging on my windshield for 2 weeks before they Finally replaced it and now that looks like CRAP! Because its not on flush and now there huge air bubbles on my windshield. Oh and good luck getting in touch with anybody! If this gets to corporate, someone need sto contact me immediately because apparently there is no other way to!

Professional, helpful, timely. Huntersville NC location Caliber did a great job fixing my Volvo after someone sideswiped it while it was parked. They were timely and kept me and the insurance company informed along the way. My car looks great and I would use them again, but hope I won’t need to obviously!! 😊
