I had a great experience with Mike after my rear passgender window was smashed over night. I reached out to him in the morning, and he was able to come out the same day to replace my window. Not only was he prompt and professional, but his prices were also significantly cheaper than the market average. I truly appreciated his quick response and quality service during a stressful time. Needed my window fixed . Called numerous place and they were charging OUTRAGEOUS CHARGES for a back window. Someone I knew referred me to BCM auto glass. I called him, he found me a window right away I set my appointment and he even traveled all the way to Kannapolis,NC even wen I assisted that I would drive the car to Charlotte to meet. He took him no time to fix my window and he was FAST. I give this business a 10 out of of a 10. I would highly Recommend!

Mike at BCM Auto Glass is amazing! My car window was broken into and he fixed it the very next day! He drove to me, brought the right glass, and had it fixed in under an hour. Thanks Mike and your team for taking so much time and trouble to make sure you got me the correct rear window for my Toyota Tundra and for the excellent job you did to fit the replacement glass . There was not a single piece of glass anywhere to be found either inside or in my garage and it’s impossible to tell that the glass has been replaced .
