Caliber Auto Glass

I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but after my experience with Caliber Auto Glass, I wanted to give a special shout-out to their team: As a young woman not well-versed in the automobile world, I was nervous about being taken advantage of in my already vulnerable state having my car broken into and being left with a passenger-side door window smashed. It was a scary and unsettling situation, but the team at Caliber was incredibly professional, and my experience with them made me feel very comfortable and assured. Rachel, the receptionist, was wonderful to work with—she was timely, thorough, kind, and always took the extra step to make sure I understood the processes at hand. Even though a part had to be ordered, which delayed the repair, she kept me updated and scheduled the appointment for the very next day as soon as the part arrived. The technician, Brian, was also very kind, efficient, patient, and respectful to both myself and my vehicle. He did a great job with the repair and I am SO relieved to have a full functioning car again because of his help! Overall, I highly recommend Caliber for any glass repair -- the team is superb, the prices are competitive, and the customer service is unmatched. I would certainly return, though I hope I won’t need to anytime soon!

The installer didn't have everything he needed then he told my son {as I was at work} that he had a piece that was just as good, aftermarket piece. But If I wanted the original, I would have to pay another $150 dollars, really. Then he had to order a piece of molding he bent up on my car I have to wait 3 days for that piece to arrive for them to fix it. Not the best service, I just hope I don't have no leaks, then I will have to deal with them again or fight with them to settle.

Caliber came out to my house and looked at the cowel, the rubber seal at the bottom of my windshield, and the rubber around the driver side frame. The only thing that was sort of fixed was the side windshield frame. I was told that the supervisor would contact me about the cowel and the bottom rubber seal for repairs. It’s been three days and I haven’t heard from anyone. I’ll be contacting my insurance company.

Brian was a superstar! He came out and got the job done quickly and efficiently! Very nice, no issues and everything works great. If I had another window break in I would definitely ask for him specifically to come out. As a BMW owner you know these cars are specific and finicky and have to be done correctly and carefully. He definitely delivered above and beyond the call of duty. Even vacuumed the broken glass that was in my back seat. Highly recommend this company for a good fair pricing AND ASK FOR BRIAN!

Tl;dr: - 5 stars for the work itself, as well as the customer service with the technician. - 3 or 3.5 stars for the ease of getting into to my insurance company so that they covered the replacement. - 5 stars for the patience and helpfulness of the Caliber representative who had to deal with that insurance info exchange. The phone call to connect Caliber with my car insurance so that they covered my window replacement (from a smash-and-grab) was a bit rocky. It was a three-way call between me, the person at Caliber, and the person at my insurance company, and the person from my insurance company couldn't hear me at all. It seems like they should have a more effective way to do that exchange of information, especially given I assume they have to do this kind of info exchange with most customers. However, everyone on that call was very patient, and we got through it (with the person from Caliber telling the insurance person all of the things I answered), so it took a little while and was a little weird, but it was fine. After that, though, everything was smooth sailing! I got an appointment for the next day, and they came to me. The woman who came to do the replacement was very sweet! There's a slight thump now as the window finishes closing, but it opens and closes smoothly otherwise, the door locks just fine, and she did warm me that it can be difficult to get every last piece of broken glass out of the door, so I'm not worried about it. Thanks Caliber, and thanks to the technician!

Transfered by phone from my insurer to Cheyanne @ Caliber Auto Glass left me nervous about declining to choose my own glass company, but things could not have gone more smoothly. Service was friendly and extremely timely considering my emergency phone call was placed at 8am Monday morning. The tech was friendly and proficient, having me back on the road that afternoon. I wish everything in life was this simple.
