Just wanted to say thanks to Rick and the team at Caliber in South Minneapolis as they went above and beyond to help me with a minor repair. My wife and I have used this shop on several occasions in the past and the experiences have been excellent, professional, and consistent. This Caliber team takes care of their customers. I called and spoke to Eddy Villareal he was able to get me in and get the estimate asap. Then once it was approved by the insurance company get me right in and had the job done in 2 days. I was expecting min 1 week. Very pleased with the facility and Eddy. Thank you for the good service

I brought my car for repairs after a collision at a stop sign. The staff were very helpful, checking in with me regularly, and making sure that the parts they used were in the best condition. I am very happy to recommend them, and would definitely use them again in the future.

I went to Caliber Collision to get a ballpark estimate for damage a vehicle. Stephen did a great job of informing me of what needed to be done and the insurance ins and outs. Stephen went above and beyond by getting the paint marks out of my bumper.

I stopped by Caliber Collision in West St Paul to have some scratches looked at. Jim looked at them and buffed them out right then and there. Very pleased with how it looks and the service. Highly recommend.
