I found Bay Auto Glass through a google search while trying to found a shop to replace the windshield on my 2021 Subaru Outback. They were easy to schedule with and came within the time quoted to replace. Come to install day, we had a slight problem prior to leaving the shop that would require another visit a week later. The owner even took time to call me and personally apologized- that is rare these days! Although it was inconvenient to have to return, Bay Auto Glass did an excellent job replacing my windshield and recalibrating my EyeSight. I would definitely recommend Bay Auto Glass to anyone in need of auto glass services.

They are literally amazing. Yesterday was such an awful day for me. I broke my rear window..... shattered it and my entire window needed to be replaced. I was stressed because my rear wiper was bent and I wasnt sure it would be able to be fixed. They couldnt fix the glass yesterday but they asked me to come in so they could put plastic over my back window until the next day when my appt was set. Bay Auto Glass definitely helped me out so much! Originally I thought it would cost nearly $400 to get this molding fixed on my car, but when I called Mr. Lang was able to fix it for only $175 and he had it fixed for me in under 20 minutes! I cannot commend their service enough and they have definitely made a long term customer out of me. Absolutely stellar customer service and great pricing, can’t beat this place.

From start to finish, this was a great experience. Bay Auto Glass was able to fill in a rock chip to keep the chip from spreading. They handle this type of repair as a walk-in. They saved me over $1K (the cost my insurance company paid to replace my windshield the last time a rock chipped my windshield. The whole process took about 20 minutes, and I stayed in my truck while the repair was made and cured. The staff is professional and friendly. The repair was budget- friendly. I highly recommend Bay Auto Glass.
