The owner was so kind and professional. He was very quick to fix the nicks in the windshield and very informative. He made sure I understood that I was going to still see the nicks in the glass, but that it will keep the glass from cracking. The staff inside was also very kind. I had my children with me and they were super sweet to them as well. It was a very pleasant experience overall and I highly recommend this place.

While traveling out of state we had something break the rear side window. We found Precision on our route. They kindly saw us at closing time, removed broken window, adhered crash wrap to protect the car, ordered the new window. Next morning they replaced the window in less than an hour. Thanks to Leo and Tyler for an excellent stress free experience! Husband spoke with Leo and explained that the back sliding window on our 2015 Ram 2500 was broken. Leo had Tyler come to us, left his work truck with us in case we needed it (we didn't), and returned with our truck within 2.5 hours! No muss, no fuss, they took care of the paperwork with the insurance company. And it cost us $0!! We highly recommend Precision Auto Glass!!

I am from out of town and needed to get a chip repaired that I got while making my drive from St Louis, MO to Fort Morgan, AL. I called around to find someone that could repair the glass same day at a reasonable price. Precision was the ticket!!! Pricing was great, customer service was awesome (I was very late to my appointment due to roadwork) and I was literally in and out in 10 minutes! Highly recommend for you glass repair needs!

My husband dropped his car off to get a window replaced under the car warranty. Picked it up and noticed it wasn't done right. Dropped it back off so they could redo it and yes they did the glass right but left scratches on the side of the car like they had keys or something hanging out of the pockets and left scratches. Didnt even bother calling them because this would make it a third time trying to deal with them.

I got my window replaced here, and less than 2 weeks later it was cracked by a rock on our well-maintained interstates we have here in Alabama...Needless to say, this damage was not covered under warranty, but the Management offered to prevent the crack from spreading FREE OF CHARGE! In no way were they obligated to do this, but they were able to repair the glass and the crack is now barely noticeable. Aces for customer service!
