A Precision Auto Glass

Thanks to Leo and Tyler for an excellent stress free experience! Husband spoke with Leo and explained that the back sliding window on our 2015 Ram 2500 was broken. Leo had Tyler come to us, left his work truck with us in case we needed it (we didn't), and returned with our truck within 2.5 hours! No muss, no fuss, they took care of the paperwork with the insurance company. And it cost us $0!! We highly recommend Precision Auto Glass!!

Very professional ! After finding water on the dash of my motorhome, I was sure the seal around my windshield was to blame. Leo and his men checked the seal with two different methods and no leak was found. They continued the search and found the lights above the windshield to be the problem. I called two well known RV repair shops and both referred me to Precision Auto Glass and I am so grateful !

I got my window replaced here, and less than 2 weeks later it was cracked by a rock on our well-maintained interstates we have here in Alabama...Needless to say, this damage was not covered under warranty, but the Management offered to prevent the crack from spreading FREE OF CHARGE! In no way were they obligated to do this, but they were able to repair the glass and the crack is now barely noticeable. Aces for customer service!

While traveling out of state we had something break the rear side window. We found Precision on our route. They kindly saw us at closing time, removed broken window, adhered crash wrap to protect the car, ordered the new window. Next morning they replaced the window in less than an hour. My daughters windshield seal became loose and coming off on the way from Maryland. They were the only ones who didn’t try to convince me I would need over $200 dollars worth of work. They called me right away and we were able to go in the same day and waited less then 30 minutes. The owner came out and spoke to us about it and told my daughter to bring it right back if she had any issues. Southern hospitality still exists. I would highly recommend this business and will always go back for future needs. Recently I had to have my car's windshield replaced (rock thrown from large truck). Precision ordered the windshield from a local dealer, handled the insurance paperwork, installed it, and had me out within 90 minutes.
