I stumbled upon Auto Glass Alexandria using Google search. Unsure if they traveled to Southern Maryland. The representative Sulaiman was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Able to schedule me the same day which was a blessing due to my car being burglarized that morning my emotions were at a disarray. He arrived in the timeframe stated, his rates beat SAFELITE by a lot and the service was top tier! I pray to not have to use their services again however I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone in need! Thank you for being a blessing in disguise.

Fair prices compared to safelite. Sulaiman was very helpful! He’s great at communicating & he was able to replace the windshield in less than 24 hours.

I will caveat the below with the fact that Edris was always super communicative, attentive, and professional. If you own a Tesla, I would not recommend this company for you. Stick with Safellite and Telsa Service Center. I had two damaged windows that needed replacement. This company installed non-OEM windows on my car. They claimed that they install non-OEM windows on Tesla's "all the time." After driving a day without the correct windows, the cabin noise was so loud and unbearable. Edris was very professional and attentive to my needs, he even answered my call when I was on a roadtrip experiencing window issues and attempted to help me resolve it on the phone. In the end, this company could not complete the work of installing OEM Tesla windows due to their price and we had to go our separate ways amicably. Overall, for a mobile-at-home service, they are very good and arrive on time and are very professional.

This place installed a broken glass into my car and refused to replace it. Terrible service.

He did a great job came the same day he actually mobile to me and he also tint my window. I was very happy to see it didn’t have to go to a separate place to get my window tinted.I would definitely recommend he’s very nice.
