Had a tremendous experience with Auto Glass Service of Knoxville! I had several chips and a slow rain leak in the original windshield on my 2011 Acura. Called my insurance, they recommended another company. Since the price was less than my deductible, I shopped around. Auto Glass was by far the best price (like $120 less). The tech Chris was professional and thorough. Showed up on time and was super courteous. Windshield is great. No chips, no more leaks! I highly recommend Auto Glass Service!

This location is very well managed, or they just have great staff. Conrad assisted me originally, and Tabitha was great to help with my follow up questions. She was very informative, nice, and respectful. They assisted me in a special dealer part, even though the first one arrived to their shop damaged, they quickly had another one available. They referred to me by saying Mr Long and made you feel valued. Troy did a great job communicating the process and installing the windshield. The dash could have been a tad cleaner after install, but overall these folks are highly recommended. I look forward to doing business with them again.

My daughters suv developed a crack across the windshield while driving my wife to work. I was using her car that morning because of the frigid temps and possibly ice. From the moment I spoke with the friendly customer service to a really affordable quote and quick next day service. I was amazed that the technician was friendly, informative and professional. Top notch service and will use them moving forward with my other cars! Highly recommend this service! Thanks

If Common Sense Were a Service, This Shop Would Be Out of Business Bless their hearts, I truly hope this window company has so much business that turning me away was their version of southern hospitality. I called about a small leak in my window (likely due to a tiny patch of rust I could fix in 10 minutes with my grinder and some primer). But since I’ve never removed a window myself, I was looking for some guidance. You’d think there’d be a simple solution. Instead, I got the runaround of the century. Apparently, fixing a rusty window involves me going to a body shop, paying twice as much as the window’s worth to remove and clean the four-inch patch of rust, and then bringing it back to them for replacement. Did someone sprinkle confusion all over this process? After a 10-minute call that felt like an episode of Bless This Mess, the sweet lady told me they didn’t want my business and suggested I take it elsewhere if I fixed the rust myself. I guess I’m not the elite kind of leaky-window client they want to service. Either they’re swimming in so much business they’ve forgotten how to help the everyday folks, or they’ve perfected the art of baffling customers into wanting to go elsewhere. Thank you for reminding me that my time—and common sense—are better spent anywhere else. Y’all keep shining, bless your hearts. Offering a $50 tip for the first window company with enough initiative to come up with the right solution for tiny patch of rust with no fuss. ;)

Great company. I needed the rear hatch glass and rear passenger glass replaced. From scheduling to them coming out everything was great. The first day they came out they brought the wrong glass for the rear passenger but they came back the very next day to take care of it for me. A lot cheaper than the other companies. Will definitely be using them in the future if I ever need glass repair. Thank you.
