The receptionist that answered the phone was very pleasant when I called for a rough estimate. In comparison to other businesses they were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The other businesses that I looked at were not able to get me in for a week and their prices were higher than Auto Glass Now. This has to be the worst service or lack there of. I scheduled mobile service May 1 2025 for May 5 2025. Window between 8am-2pm. No one called or came, 4pm I called and they said some should call or they will personally schedule it themselves. That didn’t happen, they called back and said the local manager would be calling me the following day to get it squared away. The next day and no one called so I called back and they informed me that there is no longer an Auto Glass Now in my area or even my state (Wisconsin). So not only did I not get my windshield fixed I cannot at all from them and back to shopping around.

On a Friday afternoon, I called at 3:30pm to see if they could repair two chips. Ashley got me in and they repaired the chips in under an hour. Super friendly with a nice wait area. Plus the pricing was excellent. So glad I called here.

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I was able to schedule windshield replacement for next day service. I arrived early to drop my vehicle off and they started and finished work early. Auto Glass Now in Kenosha did a windshield replacement for me on the same day that I called to get an estimate. The price was more than fair (less than the other local companies), and they said “come in today”, so I jumped on the opportunity. They did excellent work. Carlos and his team did a great job. When I called, the gal on the phone was a little confused. I wanted someone to come to me & they had no one. We were set to come in @11 on Friday, til we got a call from Carlos saying our replacement was not there. He kindly said he'd come to us on Saturday, which was excellent!
