(Update:🤬Now I have to take my truck somewhere else to fix the rubber guards from the doors because they just rip them off but never glued them back to the frame ) They said "if they stole your stuff is not our problem" then leave my truck open outside in the parking lot with no supervision while they take 1 hour to lunch, they didn't tell you when they're coming back they just write saying "we are out lunching" when the business hours says they're open, that aside I'm disappointed of how dirty they are ,leaves the truck inside and outside full of dirt and leave marks on the white paint of my truck, the windshield looks unaligned with the covers from the sides so probably they didn't take care of putting them in the right place, also broke my arm rest ,it was old but not broken. Completely disappointed never coming back .

Business is easy to find, clean and easily accessible...parking is a little tight and the gentleman that checked me in was clean, neat and professional and the cost for my replacement was definitely Budget friendly...on to the negatives that prevented me from giving 5 stars, the techs left behind on my dusty but clean dash a bunch of debris from windshield replacement, they could have easily taken their shop vac and sucked it up...upon finally making it home I was inspecting the new windshield and on my driver side finder is black tar finger prints as well as on the trim in the interior on the "O.S handle" I know these are minute things but definitely things that anyone would notice regardless of year or make and model of vehicle...I'd like to assume this wasn't done just because I drive an older jeep and it's not a fancy brand new one, but it's the little things, I hope it doesn't stain the interior once I get back out there to clean it off as well as the black tar adhesive on the body.

While heading out for a late lunch today, I spotted a Discount Auto Glass van in the parking lot, attending another customer's vehicle. Seizing the opportunity, I asked about addressing a recent chip in my windshield. To my delight, E.J. and Peyton, the skilled technicians, welcomed me with friendliness and courtesy. Their proficiency shone through as they swiftly repaired my windshield, completing the task with impressive efficiency in just 15 minutes. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service provided by E.J. and Peyton at Discount Auto Glass. A tribute to their expertise and approachable demeanor, made the unexpected visit a positive and hassle-free encounter. Highly commendable service!

Their price was definitely one that couldn’t be beat. They alerted me to some rubber strips on the side of my windows that they said are showing wear. When I looked at what they were talking about, they weren’t really even tucked in or clipped down. I also had to clean my car after they were done. They left rubber or plastic black pieces all over my car… in my seats, on my dash… I wish they had cleaned up. I also heard a cracking noise in my windshield for a few days. I guess the heat made it hard for the glue to settle. I dunno. It just made me scared to drive for a few days. Finally, I wish the guy spoke a little slower when he was checking me out. He was going through warnings and what to do and not to do. It sounded like he was an auctioneer and that he says it a thousand times a day. I understand that, but for someone who has had, maybe, 3 windshields replaced in my 24 years of driving, I had no idea what he was saying.

They were quick with the replacement, but I had glass all over my dashboard and seats, went back in to let them know, they went out to my car to basically do nothing, I had to bring it to a carwash to vacuum out all the leftover glass, the new windshield had black stuff on it and they didn’t clean it off after installing it. The bathroom was disgusting, trash overflowing, toilet looked like it had never been clean before . Honestly if all the guys up there would put in a little more effort it would have been a better rating. I run 7 stores, appearance and customer service go along way.

Had a insurance claim to replace my windshield. They scheduled the appointment and when I arrived the windshield was not there. So I had to reschedule for the filling day. During the install they managed to crack the new one where it was considered not safe to drive. (ASP words) Had to wait 10 days for the adhesive to cure before they could replace it again. My insurance agent called the day before to make sure everything was in place. Went on my scheduled appointment day and once again no glass. My insurance agent met me there and after they forgot to order the glass a second time he moved the claim to another shop. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Will not use again.
