We are totally thrilled to get the back windshield replaced on our Toyota! I hope it rains today so I can try it out! The windshield has been broken since I got this car! Not being able to see out of the back window is a big safety hazard! Everyone at Auto Glass Now is so friendly and caring! The technicians are so professional. The man doing our car took his time and installed the windshield right, A friend referred us to your business and we will refer friends if they need their cars windshields fixed. Thanks so much!!!!!

I had two damaged windshields replaced in one afternoon. From start to finish Brittany, your front desk person, took care of my vehicles and answer all my questions professionally and in a timely manner. She is a credit to your organization and represents your brand well. If I owned a company and needed a skilled, multitask, customer service oriented person…I’d try to hire Ms Brittany. One of the best I’ve had the pleasure to come in contact with. (by the way, I don’t normally take the time to complete surveys)

Good and quick service to replace my windshield on my 2011 toyota camry. However the details is where it knocks it one star.... the amount of large and small rubber debris from the removal process was excessive inside the cabin...also some of the trim (cowling) was not put back 100 percent back in its original place. Otherwise I'd recommend these folks for great pricing and service time.

UPDATED experience: After mistakingly making another appointment so they could correct this issue, I had dropped off my car and after an hour of it being in shop they then decided to informed that the glass they had ordered was cracked. They did NOT check it before calling me and had acted as if I was the inconvience. DO NOT GO HERE. Original They claimed to recalibrate my car’s systems for the new windshield, specifically my Head-Up Display (HUD). However, they did a shoddy job because immediately after leaving, my HUD became extremely blurry. Apparently, they used an aftermarket windshield that was not compatible with my display, which they failed to mention beforehand. To add insult to injury, they didn’t even bother reinstalling my rear-view mirror properly. It was left hanging on the windshield, literally dangling as I drove away.

2nd UPDATE: I received a call from the district manager. She was extremely nice. She understood the issue and made sure that all of my issues were addressed in a caring way. Assured me that employees would get additional training this resolve was perfect for me. They did excellent work but the young worker was overwhelmed which is why she acted out of character. Fortunately her district manager is going to assist her in handling her workload so did that does not become an issue again. It made me feel good knowing that someone at the company did care and took the time to reach out and talk to me about the situation. UPDATE: I tried to call the manager to resolve but she is always "out". I left a couple of messages but never got a call back. Clearly the reply from the manager below was a crock. It really is sad because the guys in the shop were excellent This was hand down the absolute WORSE customer service I have ever received. I got a quote in writing that was good for 48 hrs. The next day when I showed up the very rude reception told me it was almost $100 more than quoted. She said that she was new and that the manager was out until Monday so either I wanted the service or not. She was so loud and rude to me. $100 is not a small amount of money. And when paying close to $1000 I would expect better treatment. I asked if something was different on the quote and she said she couldn't see it. I tried to show it to her but she refused to look. Lesson well learned, I SHOULD HAVE STAYED WITH SAFELITE

Right after I left and stopped for gas, I went to clean some debris off my dash from the windshield replacement I realized there was something on the glass. Went to wipe it off and it was a scratch. Almost like a gouge. After looking carefully I then realized there were a few other areas and also a scratch or something on the inside. So about 5 damaged spots total. Drove all the way back there hoping they could make it right but they aren’t able to replace it again until next week. So unfortunately I’m going to have to take more time off, and I’ve already paid over $300 out of pocket for the replacement (didn’t go though insurance). Hoping next week there are no issues with the new replacement. The receptionist was very polite and I had no complaints about her.ServicesAuto windshield repair
