Rude, incompetent front desk workers. Showed up for my appointment only to have them tell me they didn’t order my windshield glass because I didn’t respond to their text message the day before. Mind you I did not receive a text message from them. Then they said they left a voicemail as well. That would be another Negative. I showed the lady my phone proving I did not receive a text nor voicemail and she told me I was wrong and if I didn’t want to come back then I could just leave because she had other things to do. Then, she told me if I wanted to get my windshield done I could come back at 2 pm, which was very inconvenient because I did not have a ride scheduled for that time. But since I needed the windshield, didn’t have insurance coverage for it, and they were the cheapest, I decided I would go back at 2 and just sit there for the three hours they said it would take. At 3 pm, my car was still sitting there waiting and when I questioned it, the lady again rudely told me it is in cue and will be next. So now I am still sitting and praying it actually gets done. I will never come back here and would 100% NOT recommend this place to anyone. As a matter of fact, I cancelled my husbands appointment for next week and will be paying more at another place for hopefully better service.
Knowledge
Avoid taking your vehicle to this facility if you own a European model vehicle or don't mind a sloppy job. It’s better to spend more and choose a reputable service like Satellite or the dealer ( a company who takes pride in their craft.) My experience was very disappointing— There Tech broke both of my pillars on my Range Rover, The front desk said the windshield can be changed without breaking the 2 sides pillars molding, but I will need new clips. However, the slim African American did a sloppy job. The way the pillars were broken in half, that showed me he did not try to take his time, especially how sloppy of a job it was with glass all over my dash board still after fully completed & glue sticking out in the interior as if he used entirely too much. My sensor in the windshield is fogged out. I hate I went there... RIDICULOUS It going to cost me another $783.15 to fix their incompetence. Have to buy 2 more pillars/moldings over $350. plus clips at $9.00 a piece & get the moldings painted to match. He didn't even calibrate the windshield back. I was better off just paying the dealership. I went to the facility for the new windshield installation. I was taken with 20 minutes of wait time and finished in less than 45 minutes. From that point, I figured something was going to be wrong. I can't give 5 stars because the new windshield wasn't cleaned properly. Glass all over dash interior. Overuse of black glue. 2 x broken pillars moldings. The inside of the windshield was streaky, indicating a poor cleaning job. They need to fire that worker, I feel I should be reimbursed. I definitely shouldn't have paid for the windshield considering how sloppy of a job was done. Need to hire people who want to work, & like what they do. He's definitely not the guy.

Nice folx yet hey kids when you know You are going to make a mess on someone’s dashboard put a towel down. The way interior dash was left on our tour van /home away from home just seemed disrespectful come on kids do better as I’ve had 4 windshields this being fourth and never had a complete mess like this. Other than that an okay experience went with lowest bid and I guess ya get what ya pay for

The price was good, not great but good. I went to the facility for the new windshield installation. I was taken promptly and finished in less than 45 minutes. I can't give 5 Stars because the new windshield wasn't cleaned properly. The inside of the windshield was streaky indicating a poor cleaning job prior to and after installation. There were also remnants of the old weather stripping left on the roof of the car. An extra 5 minutes of cleaning and attention to detail and this could have been a 5 Star review.

My Infiniti 2017 QX30 front n back glass was shattered( vandalized).. Auto Glass gave me an 8am appointment on a Monday. And I was notified at 10:22am that my car was finished!! Not only they did one HELL of a job but the price was unbelievably cheap. The customer service from Brittany was absolutely 💯 outstanding. Thank yall so much for amazing service, God Bless All Of You !!

I had the worse experience with this business. Please don’t go there. They are not professional at all. Left my car very dirty. I had issues with the vehicle after the windshield replacement. I went to the place to talk about the issues. The manager did not take any responsibility for the damage they caused. She was very rude. Horrible place and horrible customer service.
