Auto Glass Now

Not real pleased with my experience. I had made the appointment 3pm. When I got my text the day before, it was for 8am so I called to see which was correct. The person then told me the appointment was for 9am. I also learned that when I took the car in at 830am, I found out that they could not calibrate Nissan's which now I have to take it to the dealership another day. That was never mentioned prior to coming in. Safelight could have done everything on the spot. Will consider them next time I need a windshield replaced.

I've used a lot of glass repair shops, and this company by far beats them out!!! I had a damaged windshield in my semi, pulled up, checked in and was in the bay within 5 minutes. Little hiccup with the style of the windshield but 15 minutes later it was resolved Went outside to make a couple business calls, by the time I made it to the lobby and popped open a complimentary sprite, the office manager was telling me I was done!!! It took them maybe 30 minutes. Staff was very polite and professional, would highly recommend and will be doing repeat business with them.

Great experience all the way. Very friendly people working the phones and in the office. They were happy to provide same day service for replacing my windshield. Excellent rate. Came in for a window replacement on my Audi, and received great, quick service. When a part was out of stock on their end, they still fixed the window to a point where it was usable, and had me come in later when they ended up getting the part. They were very fast with service - it only took them an hour or two for everything to be done. Would highly recommend.

I called the office at 4pm on a Thursday. Spoke to a nice knowledgeable staff member who ordered my windshield for me. I did not need it installed but was able to pickup the windshield the next day before 5. I even received a text msg letting me know it came in and the hours to pick the windshield up by. Auto Glass Now made the entire process stress free and it was affordable. The best part was she ordered the windshield right away and I paid cash for it when it was picked up. I definitely recommend Auto Glass Now and will be using their services again!

There was a part of the back that I thought couldn't be fixed, well these guys fixed it. They are so nice and no hassle. Highly recommend, my back glass looks amazing and they are way cheaper than anyone around here. My glass for my 21 sienna cost around 326 I think. Vincennes wanted 1200 and I still had to go to them.
