They did well. Then next day I came back with an issue, kind of blamed it on them. I'm still working on the problem but even when I was a difficult customer they were nice to me and I feel they went above and beyond in my situation. Five stars for doing a good job and taking good care of a customer respectfully.

Great service and quality of work! We initially had a mobile install set up for my windshield, and AGN had some difficulty with available techs to come out. Rather than telling me tough luck or making me reschedule, they went above and beyond and came to pick up my vehicle, take it back for install, and then deliver it back to me; all within a timely manor. I had a small chip in my windshield and called the 888 number to schedule an appt. After scheduling they later let me move it up an hour for my convenience. When I got to the local shop they said for something that small in the future I could just drive it right in without an appt. Service was quick and below quote.

Earlier this week when I took my 2015 Ford ESCAPE in for a replacement windshield confusion commenced as my insurance company had called in the vin number for my 2015 Ford EXPLORER. I thought my appointment would have to be rescheduled, but the guys at Auto Glass Now were able to order and get the correct windshield to the shop within 10 minutes of discovering the error, saving me 20 mile return trip. On top of that, when I got in my car to leave, the windshield was so clear it almost appeared as if I had no glass. I hadn't realized how pitted my old windshield had been.

Had my windshield replaced with their mobile service, tech was nice.. but when I hoped on the interstate after having the service done a few hours later, pieces of my windshield moldings blew off, where I noticed loose bolts, broken pieces, and an off center windshield(covered part of my VIN). Called and gave them a chance to correct the issues. Brought it back a couple days later, the same tech came and replaced my moldings, did NOT fix the windshield, and left before I could question it. After the second time having it “corrected”, the moldings were already falling off and not sealed against the windshield. Called to have it corrected a third time, was patient and tried to be understanding. They came to get my car, I told them I needed it back by a certain time and they were okay with that. Got a call 15 min before that time and was told it was taking longer. Had to wait an HOUR past the time they said they would have it back to me. I’m driving a Nissan van model that is no longer in production. When the windshield cracked, I was concerned of both the time and expense involved in replacing the windshield, not to mention the indirect cost of taking the vehicle out of service while waiting for a repair. I called AGN and a new windshield was sourced and fixed the very next day at a super reasonable cost. They even accommodated my schedule when I requested next day morning service and gave me 2 discounts. The techs arrived on time, replaced the windshield in my driveway, and were courteous and efficient. One just doesn’t find this level of professional customer service anymore. I recommend these guys. What an incredible experience! From start to finish!
