FJ cruiser owners be aware. I had my windshield replaced here because they automatically included the top molding and clips without me requesting it. So I thought they knew what they were doing. FJ Cruiser windshield replacement is very involved. When I picked it up, I noticed the typical bulge of a non stock cheaper aftermarket molding. The seams also didn’t lineup. No biggie, I’m not surprised. The first time I hit highway speeds, there was a rattle and shortly afterwards the top molding completely ripped off and landed who knows where. I called Auto Glass Now and they told me to come in for a replacement. I decided to get the molding and clips straight from Toyota for a better fit and have them install it. It’s the least they could do, right?! Well, they wouldn’t because of liability issues. Fine, I’ll just install it myself. It was straight forward and a perfect fit. The first time I opened the hood to check my oil, I noticed there was resistance and a crunching sound. The bottom passenger side cowl of the windshield lifted up and jammed into the bottom corner of the windshield. This caused a crack to form in the windshield. I removed the cowl and noticed two of the clips not installed in the slots because the sheet metal tabs were bent down. In other words, poor installation! And these guys were bragging on their FJ installation techniques. Yeah right…! I lost all confidence with this shop installing anything. So I took it to the main Alameda location. Not much better luck there. Please see my review of that one. Needless to say I’ll be looking somewhere else for future windshield repairs. Well their response is the typical call us and we’ll make it right. If they read the whole review, they would have known that I did call three different times, without a call back from them. Don’t waste your time and money with these guys.

I've had one of the worst weeks. The last straw was my driver side window falling out of the track. I have a super busy week and I need my truck. I walked into Auto Glass Now not long before closing unsure if I would get someone to help me. Aaron helped immediately fix the window to get me through the next few days. Best of all he quoted me a great price for a new window and service cost. The business is still fairly new and still working on getting it's name out there. If you happen to have window repairs you've been putting on hold do yourself a favor and check out Auto Glass Now before the business is packed with customers.

I just replaced the wiper arm on driver side three mounts ago and was working just fine now it won't even wipe the water off the windshield on driver side I mean not at all and I cant.take the time off work again. Not safe at all and not happy. Both blades were working great when I drop it off for the day. Could not get the trim on rear glass back on right even with new retainer. I don't mind paying more for a great job the front glass does not leak any more nore does the rear glass. The glass job is right. The rest of putting it back together sucks after having it all day. One star.

Working with fleet vehicles can be a little difficult at times but AGN in Lakewood made it a smooth process. Jessica was very responsive and the manager Aaron did a great job on pricing and scheduling. They got 10 of our fleet vehicles done pretty fast and they were easy to work with from start to finish. I HIGHLY recommend using this location for personal glass needs and fleet vehicle especially!! Thank you to all the staff at AGN!!! I look forward to working with you over and over again!ServicesAuto windshield replacement

Worst customer service ever!! Installed wipers wrong, they forgot to replace my hinge seals and damaged my interior A pillar trim pieces. Also, my hands free mic for my phone seems to no longer work. When I took my vehicle back to show what was done, a male, whom I assume was the manager, seemed very unhappy about what had happened and my return. The reason I have to assume he is the manager is because he never introduced himself nor did he ever apologize for the damage done. I've held off on my review to see if maybe they just had a bad day. Well, as of the wiring of this review, it's been 30 days since the issue was pointed out and no resolve as of yet. Also no phone calls or updates! I've even reached out to the corporate office in NC but no reply there either. I called the store Friday (12-15) but no parts in yet for me and no one knew anything about the order. Waiting to hear back from the "manager" now. This is just a snapshot of what happened. Never mind being told to calm down and be quiet. Yeah, I raised my voice when we were outside to talk over traffic. I really hope you never get to experience a truly irate customer. Because if you spoke to them the way you spoke to me I'm sure the cops would have been involved. AGN, maybe have a class to train your managers on etiquette and how to interact with ALL customers. You can't damage people's items, be dismissive about it and expect them to be chipper about it.

Edit #2 - October 2024 - this location on W Alameda was so helpful! The store manager, Sarah, was proactive in ordering a new windshield before even seeing the issue. I stopped in for them to see what the problem was and they completely replaced the windshield within 1 hour. I would gladly give my business to this location again in the future. Edit #1 - September 2024, 3 months after service… originally I gave 5 stars. Now I give 1 after discovering that the heated element of the windshield was not only disconnected, but the wires were severed. There was clearly no intention of the guy connecting this correctly. This happened at the Englewood location which is now closed. I will be visiting another location to have them fix this.
