A Five Star rating is especially important when it ISN'T achieved because everything went smoothly. Calls were answered quickly by AAG, and the price quoted was excellent. A VIN number to my car was requested so that the correct part could be ordered. The windshield came in on time. Because I travel for a living, my son-in-law was going to manage the appointment for me. Within the hour I am receiving a call from Tom/Absolute Auto Glass, to say that the new windshield was not correct, that the auto manufacturer had switched part numbers. In addition, the new windshield cracked when they tried to install it. After he had finally been able to locate the correct windshield, they stated that it would be as long as two weeks for the windshield to get to them. Tom shared with me that the new windshield was quite a bit more costly, but that I would not be charged more than the original quote. Business integrity to the max! I know that this was not a profitable job for them. But they have earned my business in the future. With two cars, two trucks, and Colorado hailstorms, I will go back to the Absolute Auto Glass in the future. Hopefully, they will profit from future replacements. You managed the situation beautifully, kept me in the loop while collaborating with my son-in-law, and resolved a sticky situation timely and with professionalism.

Just stop looking around for what shop you should use, and use these guys. I had been going to their shop that was up north (I-25 and I-76) for years - they had repaired multiple chips on my Acura TSX and Acura TL WAY better than anyone else. I have also sent ~10 of my friends there too, all with the same great results. That location is now closed, but I'm HAPPY to drive an hour to get to these experts. Same people, just a single consolidated location. They offer mobile service too, but I'm partial to going in-shop. My new car ended up getting the tiniest of chips (how I found out they moved), but they were still willing to listen vs. just blowing me off, and when I arrived they filled in the chip in less than 5 minutes. Absolute replaced my nearly brand new 2023 Honda CRV Hybrid Sport Touring’s windshield. It was easy to setup an appointment and bring my car to their location. I knew if I brought it to a dealer, it would have cost over $1000 easy. At Absolute, it cost me a little over half of that. I checked their work before I paid. I was worried because my car has all the smart features and sensors. It was done very well. I am really happy about it! I will 100% come back if I need a replacement and I will definitely recommend their services to any friends, family, and acquaintances in need of their services. Got a quote and brought my car the Absolute Auto Glass based on reviews. When I went to pick up the car they said there was a slight bit of rust from last windshield replacement, where paint was scratched but not primed. They buffed out the rust and primed the scratch before installing the new windshield. That’s it! No up-sale, no additional charges, no hassle. Just full disclosure about work they did. I definitely recommend this business for doing exactly what was quoted and more, with no hassles or added costs. Great business!

We've had Absolute replace windshields for us several times - including today - and each time they have done an excellent job. They make it quick and easy to get a quote, their prices are very competitive, and they tend to have lots of options for scheduling. I love that they have the option for remote replacements, since the Lakewood shop is ~40 min from me. It is a huge timesaver, and it only cost $10 more than an in-shop appointment. Sorry for all the driving, Nate! Communication today was great; the appointment was a 4-hour window and the tech texted me when they were on the way. The replacement took less than an hour and looks wonderful. They removed and reattached my HOV transponder and also my next oil change sticker. Love that attention to detail. Absolute does great work and they stand by it. They use OEM glass, they have a lifetime warranty on workmanship, and if I get any chips or cracks (less than 6") in my windshield in the next year they will repair them for free. Nice to have that peace of mind. Will definitely call them again whenever needed.

I had my windshield replaced the day we were heading back to Texas. During our trip back home, we had a whistling sound. I called Tom and he suggested to take it to a auto glass near me and to let him know what they said. I did and he spoke with the technician. My windshield had to be taken out and put back (no one’s fault) but Tom took care of everything. Not once did he become unavailable like other people. Everything was done quick and easy. I def prefer these type of places because how they took care of me. Thanks so much Tom!
