Called and scheduled an appointment for repair. Absolutely terrible service. Technician never showed up. Called back to reschedule and they kept dodging calls, then rescheduling me and still never showed up. Called just now and they answered and transferred and then hung up when it transferred. Absolutely terrible company. Avoid at all costs

I had a wonderful time going in and making my purchase today. The teams, Customer Service and loyalty to the customers is unmatched and very appreciated. This is my first time ever renting a car and they made it so easy and quick something that I really appreciate when it comes to first time purchases as well as just 100% Customer Service.

Started out a 5, even though they brought the wrong glass the first time. Scott was WONDERFUL and was the reason for the original 5. The 2nd time they sent Tom, who showed up 7+hours late with the wrong glass once again. I called and received a huge attitude, but did receive a $30 discount. Yippee. Neither of which made up for 1.5 days blown. You'd think someone would've checked the 2nd day before the glass left the shop. Never did receive an apology the 2nd time around, just the attitude that I 'should be grateful the window was being fixed' the 2nd day. It was after 430 by the time Tom picked up and installed the correct glass. I was going to have the windshield done, but Tom wanted to do it in the rain after I told him it was about to pour. If he has as many years of experience as he stated, he knows what a NIGHTMARE that would've been for me since the glass can't be placed, much less cure properly, in a downpour! Way to go from a 5 to 1!

Dysfunctional phone system operated from outside area affiliated with Auto Glass Now. Called to check availability. Their system texted me to tell me they had availability. The calls routed to locations in PA and NY. Hours wasted. Work not done. And there's not a real business by that name at that location. Can't speak to their workmanship.

I got my windshield replaced after a few rocks had put cracks in my old one. They provided excellent service, they were super professional and friendly, had great communication, and did a perfect job replacing my windshield. Also they came to ME - I didn't have to drive to them! I was so impressed. Very happy with the service and the employees!
