I had a window replacement less than 30 day ago and the window broke. I also called them about the problem and they did nothing to warranty the window. I than said I will pay and the window replaced again and the worker who showed up was very impatient and trying to leave the job as soon as possible. He started putting the glue on the window and had to take the stuff off for no reason leaving the black residue on car parts. After informing the company what happened and how races to black ppl this guy was the manager got mad and said he does not want this job any further. Very disrespectful 😒 of this company. In a whole this company should be closed down.

We were very happy with our truck window replacement- the rep was prompt, polite and professional. We were at their mercy being on a camping trip with time constraints but they saved the trip and we wholeheartedly recommended this company.

Called for an estimate, we were trying to figure out a day to schedule. He seemed frustrated and not interested in doing the job. He hung up mid conversation. Not even a call back.NegativeProfessionalism
