Never called me to initiate work after Linx (contractor with my auto insurance) set up my claim for a cracked windshield replacement. 8 days later, I called Linx to report that Auto Glass Now had not called me. Linx had trouble getting a person on the line. They finally set up the appointment. Never gave me a timeframe so my day was wasted when they didn’t show up to do windshield replacement. I finally called them at 3pm to see when they were coming as I had things to do. Turns out they somehow had one incorrect number typed wrong for my phone #. (maybe that’s on Linx but somehow it was incorrect. However, they should have had my address so maybe could have just shown up as I was waiting there like I was told). Had to reschedule for 2 days later. Technician called ahead, was professional and pleasant. Before and after work was done, I asked whether the sensor for auto wiper sensor would be/was installed (it’s a small pad and part that goes behind the rearview mirror). He assured I was good to go. I should have actually started my car and checked before he left. Not only was the auto windshield wiper sensor not working, my auto headlights and blind spot side assist were not working. He did answer my call and returned the next day to fix it in a matter of minutes. Once again, he was polite and professional. Just a frustrating experience with all the delays and mistakes.

Had to make two different appointments due to first appointment was rescheduled because glass showed up broken from manufacturing (happens) but made a follow up appointment for the next day and never received service had to call back a week later because no one ever reached out from my follow up appointment. Was rescheduled for the following week.(annoying ) but Once following appointment was scheduled and kept only took the technician a few minutes to fix glass. Thank you to the technician whom came and replaced glass on my wife’s jeep entire ordeal took about four weeks

Keith was very professional and knowledgeable in replacing the passenger side front window on my 1998 Toyota Avalon. Some thief broke the window. He made the repair look easy. He was very careful with the door since the vehicle is so old. Nothing was damage. I will request Keith again to repair windshields on two more vehicles. Note: this is my grandson page. I do not have Facebook.

We called to schedule our appointment— we were scheduled for a large window of time the next day, with a promise that the tech would call early and give us a time frame. Jake called at 9:30am to report he would be at our home in 30 min. He was. He reported it would take him approx 45 min to replace the window and calibrate the radar settings. It did. He provided excellent service and care, and was very professional. He gave us the instructions we needed to make sure the repair cures successfully. 5 star service!

Sorely disappointing. I do NOT recommend this company at all. They installed a rear glass on my Toyota in July, 2019 and yesterday, (less than 6 months later) it shattered when we did nothing but close the driver's side door. My husband closed the door to get into our car, and heard a noise so he got out and found out the glass had shattered! It was a huge mess. When the worker came out, the first thing he said to me (before I even told him anything that had happened) was, "With tempered glass, it's so hard to know what *really* happened." I proceeded to tell him EXACTLY what happened, but didn't appreciate the fact that he'd basically accused me of lying before I even opened my mouth! I asked him if many clients actually lied to them, and he said "OH....YES! ALL the time!". I told him that I wasn't lying at all - and he sent some pictures to his district manager, who, after 20 minutes, told him that it wouldn't be covered because they'd never seen anything like this before, so they assumed we'd done something to the window to have it break. Also, we didn't notice this until this week (once it got cold), but the rear defrost never worked after their July install either. So disappointed in this company. Accusing a client of lying is just a terrible way to do business.

I was called to say I had an appointment the next morning. I was called the next morning and informed that my appointment would be between 8:30 and 9:30am, no one showed up. Then I received another call that my appointment would be between 4:30 and 5:30, no one showed up again. I called the company, and they said that my appointment was canceled and switched to another day, but no one had called me or informed me, after I had waited at home twice for them to show up. My appointment was scheduled for after the weekend. On that Monday an agent came out to install my windshield, and left my lining unattached the foam that was put inside was not even they did not clean up the area where they did the installation. I am very displeased with the service, and I have complained and tried to raise the issue. I will NEVER use their services again!! Update: I was able to speak with a manager and apologies were made and the process was explained. I still had to wait multiple times, and it took an entire week to finally finish my installation. I have increased their score from 1 star to 3. I feel better about the situation, but no second chances will be given.
