You dont even know what vehicle I came in with so how would you know the issue? It was not an Audi thats a fact! You broke my door speaker cover and now the passenger window controls just dont work!!! Take some reaponsibility for your mistakes! Beware!!! 2 bad experiences here! I should've learned the first time. Replaced passenger window but didn't reattach the door panel so it rattled when closed. Luckily I was able to repair that. 2nd time they replaced the passenger motor and now the speaker cover is broken, rattles, and the door switches don't work now! It felt kinda personal, but I was as polite as humanly possible! Don't understand why they can't do it right the first time???? And both items were the same high price! No transparency here.

This review is the result of my SUV being broken in too.Last night someone smashed a door glasd and stole several articles from my SUV. After filing a police report I began calling auto glass installers. After calling eight different companies, Discount Auto Glass was the only company that offered an appointment today. I spoke with them at 9:40am and they gave me an 11:15am appointment. I arrived about five minutes early and was warmly greeted by the manager. Within ten minutes they had my SUV in the shop and began the process of removing the remaining glass and the glass shards in my vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised when my repair was completed in less than one hour! Not only did Discount Auto Glass a same day appointment, their price was better than all of the other eight companies that I spoke with. I can honestly say that dealing with Discount Auto Glass was a very pleasant and stress free experience. I would recommend them to anyone!!!!

Super fast, professional, courteous, very reasonably priced. I live in South Clintonville, where we get occasional smash & grabs. My co-worker’s car was broken into at my apt complex. They did a great job replacing the passenger side window and cleaning the glass pieces all over the car plus all the litter his kids make for no extra charge. Car was ready in less than an hour. Only 2.5 miles away from the neighborhood. Strongly recommend it, they accept credit cards as well.

These folks replaced the broken-in passenger side window on my 2013 Scion. The first window they replaced it with was the wrong color (blue vs green tint) and the tech didn't replace the sound-deadening panel in the door when they put it back together. After a few days, I decided to reach out and ask that these issues be addressed. The owner (I believe) downplayed my concerns when I came back in to show him the problem, but (to his credit) did agree to try to resolve the issue. After making a lot of effort to find the right window color for my make and model of car, they swapped out the glass and replaced the sound deadening panel. Overall, I really appreciate the work they did to find the right color of window, and would certainly go back to them given: the ultimate quality of work they rendered, how hard they worked to find the right color window, the speed with which they repaired the window and panel when I went back, and the price point (don't go to Safelite, they price gouge). [Of Note: The gentleman who sits closest to the office door is awesome. He is welcoming, respectful, honest, and straightforward. He was enjoyable to work with and I felt respected as a paying (female) customer with basic knowledge of car door windows and sound panels - especially compared to the person I dealt with initially (seemingly the owner), who tried to convince me the window color was the same as the others at first. I used Auto Glass Discounters after Safelite made me an appointment but did not actually have my glass in stock. I called and they first checked to make sure they had my glass in stock and was able to get me in for a same day repair! They even were able to fit in tinting my 2 front windows. They called me as soon as my vehicle was ready and they are very affordable. Don't let the blunt/super direct efficient male receptionist/owner turn you off....fair price, great/quick service, and a good customer experience. Repeat customer.....Civic and Odyssey. Update: The trim started blowing/flapping in the wind about two weeks after replacing my windshield on my 8th gen Civic. Went back to ask for help/fix/ideas and was met with pure opposition! I wasn't pointing fingers or asking for a refund. I just was tired of the noise on the highway. After much gripeing they just ripped the trim off and said "there ya go". 🙄🤷🏻
