Fusion Auto Glass

I can not say enough good things about Fusion Auto Glass. My car got broken into at 2am and my rear window was completely gone. I was frantically making calls/inquiries from then until 5 am. It being a Sunday and President's Day the next day, I was not hopeful that I would get a window before making my two hour trip home from Columbus on Monday afternoon. Fusion Auto Glass got back to me at 9am on Sunday with a quote and was able to schedule me for first thing Monday morning. They came right to the hotel I was staying at and installed it right there where I was parked. It took them less than 40 minutes and I could not be happier with the result. Cameron and Trent were extremely friendly, understanding, and professional. The price was about as cheap as I could have hoped for, especially knowing that my money is going to a small local business rather than a corporate one. I can not recommend Fusion Auto Glass enough.

I found fusion auto glass on google and gave them a call, they came out the same day within 3 hours to replace my car windshield. I have a brand new car so it has a lot of safety features in the windshield so everywhere I called told me almost double what fusion charged me and they recalibrated it as well with no issues. This will be my first call for any auto glass repair or replacement in the future. Great company and great team they keep you updated on everything. I highly recommend them.

My husband’s truck was broken into this morning while he was at work. He needed it repaired asap. Trying to get an appointment online from a major windshield repair company was going nowhere and he was unable to talk to a human. He saw an ad for Fusion Auto Glass and gave them a call which was promptly answered. Owners Cameron and Trent had the necessary replacement window in stock and were able to come to our house this afternoon and quickly have the job done. I was very impressed with Fusion Auto Glass! I contacted multiple companies on Sunday morning about a passenger window. It wasn’t completely smashed through so I didn’t deem it an emergency, but I did want it fixed ASAP. Trent from Fusion got back to me within the hour and made an appointment for Monday morning. Fusion came to my work and got the glass replaced exactly when they said they’d be out and at a reasonable price. Honestly, I hope I never need to worry about repairing a window or windshield on my vehicle again, but if I do, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Fusion or recommend them to anyone I know!

I was very pleased of the service i recieved from this company. Cameron was my tech and came straight to my work to do my bmw windshield! i picked up a crack in my windshield on my way to work in the morning and needed it replaced asap. The appointment process was very easy. I filled out my info on the website and within an hour i got a call and text message to verify what type of windshield i was getting and total cost of everything. If you want a company that will do above and beyond for your windshields i recommended them to anyone that needs work done! Once again thank you for making my day so much better! its like it never even happened.

It Pays To Stay Local I had a smash and grab happen on my rear passenger window. I made an appointment with a national company thinking they’d have everything I needed. They did not. Fusion Auto Glass was prompt and confirmed my replacement needs and that they had all parts needed to complete the job! Plus their price was lower than the national brand! Sometimes it pays to stay local and this was one of those times. Great work Fusion! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!
