I have never met someone so nice such as Arturo. From the start of installation he described every step in detail so that I could see what he was doing. Installation was very professional. When replacing a windshield, the installation part is what matters the most. If installed incorrectly or poorly, the vehicle will be prone to leaks such as water or air. He also cleaned and prepped every part that was needed unlike a lot of other people who would try to cut corners. Unfortunately my vehicle had been sitting out in the sun a lot so a lot of my molding was cracked. Arturo did his best to put back all the parts so that my vehicle would still be be in good shape. Side note: Fuyao Glass America made my glass. Do not hesitate to call or text him for information! If I ever some more assistance with my vehicle glasses, I will be sure to ask Arturo.

I needed my windshield replaced and I contacted Art's Auto Glass. They were able to come to my house the same day. Service was hassle free and the price was unbeatable. The customer service provided by Art and Claudia was the best. I have already recommended them to some family and friend and they are also very happy with the service provided. Will definitely use them again if the need be.

Totally happy with my decision today, Art stopped by on a Sunday evening and repaired my son's rock chip in the front windshield (2019 Honda Accord). He pointed out the repair and I still couldn't see it, excellent job, excellent communication and and great service, thanks Art!!!

Art is very nice and professional . As far as having my first windshield crack fix this was a great experience. assured me of his work and his warranty various times and recommendations of future work should my vehicle need it. The response time was quick and flexibility was nice. Last minute I could not make it to his workplace and asked if he could come out instead. Politely said yes, asked for address and came through. Went out to DTLA and came back home with a broken side window. I ordered a replacement online and gave Art's auto glass a call and they were able to set me up with a same day appointment for installation. To my pleasant surprise, they even came out to me! I was planning on doing some other stuff while the technician repaired the glass, but I then spent the next 45 mins watching the man work with a professional attention to detail. If you don't have the skills or patience, this is not a simple DIY job! I recently had my windshield installed by this company, and I couldn't be more impressed.
